After Raliric’s speech in the Concordia Incola in front of the masses of Primus Gaudeo and the Herald reporters, he had ordered that a letter be sent to the Captain Borhalth of the Alyssan Imperial Guard and another to Sergeant Anton Setik. Setik had made an impression on Raliric since he had gotten training in Zerdargia, Borhalth had made an impression on Raliric at the beginning of last month. Raliric respected both men and knew that they held great sway with their men, thus he needed them at the Military Assembly to hear what he had to say and to comment on the agenda. Thus was a letter sent to each soldier, borne by a messenger wearing the centripian blue uniforms and white caps of the couriers.

You may not remember me from such a long time ago; I was the civilian trainee whom took part in your Basic Hammer and Dagger training some time ago and managed to send a few Veldar Elite home with sore bottoms and headaches. As you may or may not know, I am now Acting Provincial General of the Administrate of Centripax. Being new to this position and relatively unknowledgeable as to the state of some of the militaries within the province, and also realizing the appalling state of unity amongst the private armies, I have called for a Military Assembly to convene in the Concordia Incola on the first day of the next season; Solaria, Brightening One of Cryxatum, Summer Era Two of the Celestine Mandate. I am informing you of this information as I would greatly appreciate your advice on matters contained in the attached agenda.
If you do wish to, and are able to, attend the Military Assembly then please come and register your presence with me at my office on the brightening before the meeting is to commence. Accommodation and meals for yourself and your honour guard will be seen to.

~ Shared Garrisons throughout the Province
~ Military Tribunes to be appointed and dispersed amongst all Private Armies (their duties are to bring the law to the legions).
~ Implementation of a Military Justicar (The Provincial Justicar as his CO in matters of Law).
