Crowns Per Cycle for Food by Race
Dorins:
Poor: 10 cpc
Good: 15 cpc
Healthy: 20 cpc
Note: Dorin meals will usually contain meat with a side of meat and some meat for dessert but they also tend to live on a "if it smells good eat it" diet.

Dracons:
Poor: 15 cpc
Good: 20 cpc
Healthy: 25 cpc
Note: Due to their size dracons eat large quantities of food but much like lizardmen have a slower metabolism.

Dwarves:
Poor: 10 cpc
Good: 15 cpc
Healthy: 20 cpc
Note: A good hearty dwarven meal would consist of meat, potatoes and a good strong ale.

Elves:
Poor: 10 cpc
Good: 15 cpc
Healthy: 20 cpc
Note: The elves have diets much like the humans but may often stray more towards vegetables and fruits than meats.

Fae-Folk:
Poor: 1-2 cpc
Good: 2-3 cpc
Healthy: 3-4 cpc
Note: It is very easy for Fae-Folk to simply find their food out in the wilderness instead, which often consists of various types of fruits and insects.

Giants:
Poor: 30 cpc
Good: 40 cpc
Healthy: 50 cpc
Note: This list is based on if Giants were to buy all their food from general stores. Giants are known to buy entire cows or deer to cook themselves on account of it just being less expensive.

Gnomes:
Poor: 5 cpc
Good: 7 cpc
Healthy: 9 cpc
Note: Gnomes are known for their love of vegetables, especially in a good stew.

Halflings:
Poor: 7 cpc
Good: 10 cpc
Healthy: 13 cpc
Note: Halflings love to eat and will find any reason to need some food; that is why it is often that they can eat as much as an average sized human.

Humans:
Poor: 10 cpc
Good: 15 cpc
Healthy: 20 cpc
Note: A humans diet can consist of varying types of foods from meats and vegetables to nuts and fruits. Some humans do prefer to pick either meat or fruit.

Katta:
Poor: 10 cpc
Good: 15 cpc
Healthy: 20 cpc
Note: The Katta diet follows close to the human diet just not as much vegetables as the humans might eat.

Lizardmen:
Poor: 12 cpc
Good: 16 cpc
Healthy: 22 cpc
Note: Even though Lizardmen like to eat large quantities at once, due to a very slow metabolism they eat less often than other races around their size.

Lutrans:
Poor: 15 cpc
Good: 22 cpc
Healthy: 30 cpc
Note: Whether it's due to a fast metabolism or not the Lutrans each large quantities of food.

Merfolk:
Poor: 10 cpc
Good: 15 cpc
Healthy: 20 cpc
Note: These figures are based on if the Merfolk were to buy their food from a general store. In the water merfolk can easily gather their own food from local ocean life.

Orcs:
Poor: 10 cpc
Good: 15 cpc
Healthy: 20 cpc
Note: Orcs are mostly a meat eating race and do not always feel it necessary to cook their food.

Rodenti:
Poor: 8 cpc
Good: 11 cpc
Healthy: 15 cpc
Note: The Rodenti meal usually consists of mostly fruits, vegetables and nuts.

Key:
CPC: Crowns Per Cycle
Poor: What is needed to barely survive
Good: Enough to live well and somewhat healthy
Healthy: Getting all your nutrients on a daily basis
