Podesta
On the island of Chelseanna, Podesta is the local name for the senior city official. The role is a fusion of Thane and Aedile and oversees the Chelseannan equivalent of a City Council, the Pro Loco Tourism Board. It is believed that Podesta originates from the archaic Aelyrian word for 'power', potestas.
