The term
Lex Ordo Iustitia is an
Ancient Aelyrian phrase which translated literally means "Law Order Justice", the
Sacred Three. It is considered the historic slogan of
Aelyria, a rallying call for generations of adventurers and citizens, merchants and mercenaries, mages and fighters, to defend and protect the realm. It is engraved on most public buildings and enscribed on the
Gold Crown, the Coin of the Realm. A less literal translation, probably closer to its original meaning, is: "Law through Order, and Order through Justice".
