Visa

The Imperial Visa is the official identification of a person as a Citizen of the Empire. The visa will include your name, birthbrightening, some basic information about you, and a seal indicating it is legitimate and not a fake.

Some races and characters are not Citizens of the Empire and are called Barbari. They are not protected under Imperial Law and are thus more likely to get harassed, persecuted, even abused.
