Wiki Stub

From time to time, you will come across an article on a Wiki that is considered a stub. A Stub is an unfinished Wiki article; it is usually an abstract or outline of the types of ideas that the article might contain, or it can be a synopsis describing the article's intent or background in brief. Stubs exist to inform visitors that they have arrived at an unfinished product (as opposed to a normal Wiki page, which never gets finished), and also to automatically classify the page to make it easier for contributors to find and fill out.
