Keeva followed the woman as she had been told, and without revealing any disgruntlement as to the fact that she had been led along by someone garbed in mere kitchen rags. The girl did ensure she kept at least a step away from the other, however, and was rather relieved when Arabella revealed that they were at their point of destination. Turning to face the once closed oak doors, the girl tilted her head curiously to one side whilst she stared, and smiled. It looked like the office of a Lord Thane, indeed, and she was eager to discover what manner of man occupied it daily, as brightenings came and went.
“Thank you.” She told the servant sweetly, before stepping forwards to stand within the space of the office proper, and examine the two tapestries on show whilst she waited for the Lord Thane’s arrival to be made known.
