Located at the very furthest end of the section of the Concordia Incola that housed the offices of the Imperial Government were two grand double doors, each easily fitting a giant and flanked by guards on each side. The location required any visitor to walk the length of the great imperial hall populated by legionnaires who stood guard. Two crests were clearly visible on the double doors; the one on the left bore the Allerian coat of arms while the one on the left housed the crest of Centripax.

Beyond the double doors was a large wooden-panelled reception area. A large banner with the crest of Centripax hung on the left wall while a banner displaying the Imperial coat-of-arms hung on the right. Beneath each of the hangings were two long comfortable couches. Directly ahead was a large table where the receptionist sat. Behind the table, attached to the wall, was a large wooden carving of a dove in flight and a plaque with the words, "Peace and Tolerance Will Set Us Free" emblazoned in gold. There were five armoured Veldar Elites in blue uniforms standing in each corner of the room. They served as the senator and speaker's office guards and represented the dwarf force of the Allerian Empire.

A Mottera of some age sat writing out something in the best handwriting his claws would allow. His grey eyebrow shifted as the creature sniffed the air not able to make out the approaching party as it was. A thick monocle was pulled from a pocket and raised up bringing the interloper into some sort of focus.

"Might I help you?"

Two doors led to different sections. One, which was to the left of the reception desk led towards the area of the support staff. This office was a large room with many tables for those working on different portfolios.

The second door, which was to the right of the reception desk led directly to the spacious senator and speaker’s office. The walls were lined with dwarf axes bearing the mark of the Veldar Elite, along with a number of shields with similar marks. These were marks of Centripax and various dwarf houses, especially larger ones who had donated them as a sign of respect to the Concordia Incola. An armour stand was present in one corner where an old chainmail hung. Over it was a shield, a hand-axe, and a larger two headed axe above those. Two elven collantali stood present on either side of the senator and speaker for Centripax who sat behind a fine massive desk at the end of the office. It was made of marble and seemingly carved of a single white slab. Two large windows stood open letting in the fresh air if the weather permitted it and the senator and speaker for Centripax was present. A wooden panel to the side stood open just a crack as there was apparently some rooms hidden off to the side. An apartment perhaps for the rare late nights in the office.

Thirty-ninth Brightening of the Forth Cycle in the Month of Optia in the Season of Spring; Era I of the Celestine Mandate, Era XIII Post Fractum. The First Era of the Regency of Milo L'Evienne.

Keldon walked towards the Hall where the Speaker's and now the Senates office resided. Moving swiftly through the corridors flanked by two city guards dawned in there dress uniform Keldon passed gracefully through the doors into the main reception area. Casting a brief glance around the room he noted the guards who the dwarf elected to keep around him.

Moving towards the desk the guards followed until they were told otherwise by there Lord. "Serale," Keldon said with a soft smile and a gentle tilt of his head. "I would like to speak with his Excellency if his schedule permits it. I would like to discuss his opinion towards the relations of the city's within the province." Keldon stood there solomly waiting for a response.

Third Cycle of Optia, Spring of Era XIII

A scroll of fine parchment arrived mid-morning in the hand of a messenger from the Imperial Forum in the Empire’s capitol, fashioned of the finest parchment and tied off with a black ribbon added the Imperial seal. The messenger would linger and keep company with the Mottera just long enough for confirmation that Senator Beldwhig had personally received his message.

Having recently read news of the coming festival in Zerdargia to commemorate those who fought in the Zerdargian War, and also previously having spoken to his Excellency, lord Palacrisis D Jones in regards to this same subject, I would like to inform you that my wife, the lady Imperial Vicegerent Nell du’Galle, and I would very much like to attend on the eleventh brightening of Ioannes so that we might share in personally offering our heartfelt sentiments to those being honored. While we will be spending the greater portion of the brightening so that we might otherwise enjoy the additional festivities, official obligations will have us returning to Alleria Prime that same evening. I would further like to assure you that though circumstances require that we arrive in the company of a number of individuals meant for security purposes, we wish to act as no further distraction from the honorees than at all possible. I would ask you to please alert the guards posted at city gates that brightening of our impending arrival, as we would not wish to cause undue confusion with the arrival of such a group. The Mottera was old and slow. It looked over the parchment for a while before it dawned on what it was. It then got up quietly and slowly and knocked on one of the side doors before entering. The door was closed. After a short while, the Mottera came out of the office followed by the Senator and Speaker for Centripax, Norin Beldwhig. The dwarf greeted the messenger, "Serale, and thank you. Let his Imperial Excellency know that everything will be prepared."
