An arcane cypher invented by the reclusive Elementalist Archmage Crispinopher, believed to have the power to realign the cosmos and channel stellar energy for use in magical spells. The powerful cypher is said to have taken centuries to construct. It has been in the possession of the Council of Arcana ever since Court Mage Abar donated it to the Aelyrian Empire during the reign of High Queen Charisma.
