Amnesia

 

	Amnesia (Mysticism, Archmage) The Arch Mystic is capable of infusing the inner recesses of the mind of a target with psionic energy, sufficient to destabilize and cause the target to simply forget something from his long-term memory, whether it be a simple fact, an event, or even a skill or spell. The effects are permanent, and whatever is lost must be relearned.
