Era II of the Celstine Mandate
Era XIV Post Fractum
20th Candlemark in the Darkening of Thera, Fifth Cycle
Suddenly everything went dark, with the taste of dirt in her mouth. She hears a scream, and realizes it's coming from her own mouth. The excruciating pain and burning sensation in her back got worse, then started to fade away as she lost consciousness...
That was the last thing Enelya remembered when she began to awaken in the home where she and her mother stayed in the Gil'dae estates. A tingling sensation in her back, induced from the memory, began to dissipate as she opened her eyes. Enelya found herself in a bed looking at an ornate ceiling with carvings and the muffled sound of servant calling out for a Lady Elsdragon. Lady Elsdragon? So she was home then, in her own luxurious bed. What had happened? Was she all right?
She tried to sit up, was able to do so but with a massive headache erupting. The servant, whom she didn't recognize, looked enthused as she set pillows up to let Enelya sit up straight. She looked around the room and recognized it perfectly, it hadn't changed a bit. A few moments later another woman entered the room, it a took a moment for Enelya but she soon realized it was her mother.
"Arwenamin! Mother! How long have I been out? And please no lecture I've learned my lesson about going to close to the-"
Enelya began in elvish but immediately stopped talking when Silmarwen started crying and hugged her daughter. The young elf was confused, it couldn't have been that serious, she had only fainted, or did she? Enelya patted her mother's back, it wasn't like Silmarwen to be so informal. She began to speak again when her mother let go but Silmarwen spoke instead.
"My daughter, we thought you were dead. We were going to convene a meeting about you soon whether or not to keep you in such a state." She sniffed and wiped away a tear. "You have been unconscious for about an Era, Enelya." The servant beside them both nodded vigorously at that statement.
"That can't be true, it was as though it happened yester-"
"No! It has been an Era since you were found by the Blackbarch, in a coma. We had a healer come look at you and he said it was a curse. He tried to lift it, but could not, saying to wait it out. I was afraid you were dead. I told Keldon nothing, please don't be mad but he thinks you are dead."
At that moment Enelya got very angry at her mother for leaving her brother uninformed, but held her tongue for her back began to hurt again. Why was it hurting it so? Was it where the curse had hit her? So many thoughts were swimming through her head it was hard to understand it all. Enelya took a deep breath and asked her mother about what she had missed about the world. She refused to wash up until she knew everything about what had happened.
Silmarwen began by telling her that conflicts in Paxia and Narim were now over, and ended with the new predicament about the new constellations in the sky. When Enelya asked about her brother, Keldon, Silmarwen only knew that last she heard he was in Primus Gaudeo. With that, Silmarwen left the room to tell those in the house and in the estate that Enelya had awaken. Enelya asked the servant to get a hot bath for her started and once it was ready to help her to the bathroom.
(OOC: Open to anyone in the Gil'dae homes/estates at this time. It's okay if noone responds this is just a thread needed for Enelya to back into Aller- woops I mean Aelyria... lol.)
