You are to move camp from the Training Fields and travel to the Vorgan Mines in due haste. Once your Regiment arrives you are to establish a perimeter and occupy the Mines, while there your Regiment is to secure the region by building watch towers and pallisades. You may establish your Headquarters in the city of Eurus. There you shall fortify the city and build boats to able the mobilization of troops up and down the Black River.
You shall receive the visit of the Engineer Corps to help restoring and building whatever fortifications are necessary.
You must also assist the Tenth Regiment, stationed in Boreas if help is asked.
