Eninia walked down the streets looking around the city. Eninia had chosen to dress in her tight pants and white blouse. She wasn’t really sure why she was walking down the street today, but she was any way. Eninia’s blue eyes looked left and right trying to take in everything that is around her. Eninia black hair was tied back in a large braid that rested on over her shoulder and down her front. Her pale skin seemed to glow in the skin.

Eninia had lived in the city for a little while and was now ready to progress along her path. She has always wanted to learn how to wield weapons. The problem was that she still wasn’t sure what type of weapon to learn. Axes and hammers were not her style. A sword would work if see needed it but she wanted something a little more delicate. A knife might work, and Eninia was getting the impression that unless she found something a else she would need to learn to use.

She sighed for a moment and continued to walk down the street and continuing to wonder what she should do.

Eninia's wanderings took her into an unsavory part of town....

Before she knew it she was in the docks, the unsavory part of the docks. She saw a prostitute talking ahead of her with a potential john. She teased him with a bop on the nose with a fan that she carried in her right hand. The Man leaned over and whispered a little something...then suddenly WHAP! The prostitute's fan struck his face with force and the man crumbled to the ground. It was a practiced stroke, and the fan looked quite a bit stronger than a regular fan. In fact it looked like it was made out of steel.

The woman, a husky type in her late thirties, huffed away from the wounded man. She was dark-skinned and wore a lot of lipstick came stomping towards Eninia.

"Oh all the things that a man could say...." She shook her head. She accidently brushed up against Eninia. The woman stopped and smiled. "Sorry honey, the john's are misbehaving today..."

Eninia looked at the area around her. She wondered how she had gotten here, but she just shrugged realizing that oh well. Just so long as she got out of it quickly and didn’t throw around large amounts of coin. Eninia blue eyes widened as she watched the prostitute deal with the man.

Eninia looked as the woman with a raised eyebrow. That was her kind of weapon. Something no one expected and you could actually always carry with you. She nodded to the woman as she explained her reaction. Eninia looked at the man and shrugged. “That’s men for you.”

She looked at the woman fan again then looked back up at her. “That is an interesting weapon.” She said. “Were did you learn how to use it?”

"Well, missy, my madam taught all of us girls how to use the Fan..." The woman answered Eninia matter-of-factly.

"Honey, in our line of work you have to have some sort of protection out there. Tell me, are you armed in case a man try to force their will on you?" The prostitute looked vaguely worried about the prospect.

Eninia blinked as the woman asked about haveing protection. "Well I do own a knife, but frankle no nothing about using it except to cut vegatables." She said in some suprises. Her blue eyes took on an interested look though. "I would like to learn how to uses this fan though. It might just be the think I need to protect myself." Eninia could see the enourmace potential of such a weapon. It could be hidden and no one would think of looking at it as a weapon.

The prostitute smiled, brought the fan up to her face, and spread it before her face. She smiled as she fanned herself. She was a thin, pale human female with shoulder-length black hair. Her heavily made-up face scrunched in an unasked question before she relaxed and nodded her head.

"Yeah, I'll help. Only because you need to protect yourself sister, men are no good. Tell you what, get yourself a fan and meet me back here in two brightenings, we can begin then. Does that sound good?"

Eninia nodded towards the woman. "I can do that."

Eninia returned at the designated time. She was holding a war fan and was looking around waiting for her teacher.

The black hair beauty only had to wait a moment when she saw her teacher show up. The woman smiled at Eninia but didn't come to her but instead motioned for her to follow her. Eninia raised and eyebrow but followed behind her at a distants. It took a little while but eventually they reach a relatively private area away from the main crowds.

Eninia walked up as the woman turned back. "Good to see you here." She said pulling out her fan. ""Something to keep in mind is that the fans greatest ability is deceptions. Use it only when you need to and don't tell others especially the male portion of the population."

She walked over and took a stance. "As with any weapon you need to first learn how to balance. That is the primary factor when it comes to weilding a weapon. Then style." She motioned for Eninia to join her. The black haired jewel of house moonstar pulled out her fan and stood next to her.

"Something to keep in mind is the fact that we have these." She said indicating to Eninia's chest. "They will get in the way, and cause you to have to adjust your center of balances, especially for someone as well endowded as you." Eninia blushed but contiuned to listen to her teacher. "All right I need you to pratice moving your arms around you. Extended them forward and back. Remeber that you need to keep your balance first and foremost."

Eninia stood on her toes ready to move in any direction as needed. Eninia extended her arms forward to so that she could they were at their fullest extent. She then brough it back determine the balance at each phase of the stretch. She eventually pulled it close. She then extended her arm again until in a different directions.

The woman looked at her and nodded her head. "You need to figure out what balances you can maintain and a quick pace." She said motioning for Eninia to once again begin the pratices. Eninia stretched and pulled back, and even took a step to one side and the other in an attempt to maintain the balances. Eninia contiuned to stay light on her feet. This was helped due to the fact that she was female and natural more light on her feet.

"You are getting better and it is begining to come along." She pulled out her fan. "The next lesson is to learn how to uses the fan itself." She began to move the fan in circler motions, and also in began to flip it. "That might be a little advanced, but the fan needs to move with your hand as you move it. Remember this is the hidden weapon. A weapon designed to protect us ladies." She said. Eninia opened the fan and began to move it around as directed. She found it to be much harder then she had thought. Eninia paused and began to turn the fan from one side to the other and then back again. She contiuned to do that as needed.

Eventually she began to turn it once again. She praticed moving it with her hand, making them one in movement. The young woman extended her hands and moved around trying for balance. She was quickly getting the image that the war fane was a delicate balance of skill and balancing.

The lady watched for a moment as Eninia contiuned to pratice holding the weapon at arms length and moving it around as she praticed to make it one with her hand. Eninia was suprised to find that it felt graceful and she was enjoying it. The thought that she would still be defended but would do it the way she always did everything. She used elegance and grace for everything.

Eninia paused as her teacher held up her hand. "I will want you to contiune praticing that." She pulled out her own weapon. "The war fan also requires body movement as you fight." The woman began to move forward and back wards as she moved the fan around. "First you need to pratice moving then pratices moving quickly with your weapon out and arms extended. That is were you are most likely going to loss your balances."

The kemite woman nodded her head and began to follow her teachers lead. She praticed moving around the square while keeping her hand at arms lengths, also pulling them in first at slow speeds and then quicker as she contiuned to work on the balance that was necissary for learning how to weild the delicate weapon.

Eninia countiuned her graceful dances as she moved around the open spaces.

Standing in a hidden area of Nexus Prime the kemite woman moved with a grace that could be found in only the long lived races or the females of human spieces. The jewel of house Moonstar moved around the space provided her arms reaching forward and then back. Even with grace there were times when she would over extend and have to pull back once again. The woman paused and started again after stumbling once. Eninia moved forward and back testing the limits of her balance. Keeping her wieght in the balls of her toes she was able to move quickly and contiuned to pratices. Eninia's black hair moved with her as thrust forward and bounced back.

Here teacher eventually motioned for her to stop. "Your balance is coming along. Now lets work on bringing the weapon out and opening it." She said with an indication to her own. "Always place it some were that is easly accessable. The nice aspect about a war fan is that it can be useful outside of combat and you can walk around armed with out any one suspecting."

Eninia closed her fan and placed it in her belt as per her instructions. She then pulled it out and tried to flip it open. The fan clattered to the floor. The young woman looked down and picked it back up again. Once again slipping it into her belt she pulled it out again working on trying to keep it in hand. She was more succesfful and removing it, but the opening didn't go as gracefully as she had hoped for.

Eninia contiuned to praticed pulling out the fan and opening it.

Eninia slowlly improved as she contiuned her pratices of pulling of the fan out and then replacing it. Her hand was begining to get a little cramped, and she paused as shoke our her hand. She then contiuned to work on swaying the fan. She contiuned for another ten minutes before her teacher motioned for her to stop.

"Learning how to use the war fan is more then just dancing on your feet around the floor and doing fancy tricks with the fan itself. You also need to learn how much strenght to use." She pulled out her own fan. "I want you to come at me and I will show you want I mean."

She pulled out her own fan and opened it standing a distants aways from Eninia. Eninia also pulled out her fan and stood on the balls of her feet ready to move as needed she wasn't sure who was supposed to start this little moke attack so she waited trying to keep her eyes on her teacher.

The two woman circled each other. Their movements suttle and almost invisible as they moved one way and then the other. An observer might not realize that had circle each other until he was stairing at the back of the other woman.

Eninia contiuned to watch her teacher as the two of them circled around each other. Eninia finally moved forward and tried to stab at her teacher using the war fan. Eninia remained on her toes and stayed with in her balance range. She thrusted forward aiming at her teachers side. The woman stepped to the side avoiding the incoming attack.

She twirled and slapped Eninia on the wrist with her fan. Stepping back the woman contiuned with her stance. "Thrusting uses to much strength especially for the delicasy of the war fan." She raised her fan and began to cool her self. "Come at me again."

Eninia stepped back and cleared her mind again, before she adjusted, but unlike before she prepared her self on the balls of her feet and waited for a moment causually moving right and then left.

Eninia watched her opponant taking int account her movement and her build. She was taller then Eninia, with longer arms, that was to Eninia disadvantage, but in all trueth the young woman would have shorter arms then most men she would come against.

She steped forward and then leaning just a tad forward she brought the fan which she had been holding close to her chest so that it slashed across her mid section.,,

The woman easly stepped back and backwards out of the way so as to avoid being hit by Eninia's in comming attack. Eninia pulled back but not before once again being whapped on the wrist. Eninia paused to rub her wrist after the latest whap. Her teacher shook her head before once again opening her fan and waiting for the next move.

Eninia also brought her fan back close to her person. Holding it in front of her she contiuned to watch her teach. Each time Eninia hand attacked, she realized that she had over extended and used to much strength She needed to control the strength she placed into the thrust of the swip.

Eninia quickly almost skiped forward and swipped again this time across the left shoulder down towards the waist. She thrusted with her inertia but as she reach the end of her swip she was pulling back so at to avoid a return attack. Her feet were also moving as they twirled towards the right and back away from her opponant.

Eninia's speed wasn't par for her opponants yet, but unlike before her teacher wasn't able to whap her. The lady of negogitable affection turned towards her student and placed her fan down. "Good. You are learning."

The teacher motioned for the young woman to stand in front of her. "Now were going to pratices a few specific thrusts and moves after that we will be done for the day." Eninia nodded her head. "Okay lets pratice blocking. Some times all you need to do is stop them from attacking." She held up her hand with the fan in it.

Eninia also took her her postion besides her teacher. "First off the war fan is not designed to block a broad sword. If your going against on of thoughts run." The teacher said with a serious expression. "Daggers and other smaller weaons are more in the rang of the war fan." Nodding her head the young moonstar held our her fan. "Remember that by using a war fan you are going for grace and agility not brut force leave that to the men."

"Alright you need keep gentle presure. To much presure and you will throw your balances." she place both hands on the fan one at each end of the stick and looked at her student. "Now you do it." Eninia lowered the fan and the raised it again holding it firmly. The teacher raised her own fan and placed presure against it. Eninia placed enough presure before steping back remembering that it need subtle not force.

Nodding her teacher motioned for her to do it again. Follow the process Eninia held up the fan against the preasure delivered by her teacher before stepping to the side.
