3rd of Aperitus, Era XIII Post Fractum. Paradigm: New Nation

Nyd stood in a small clearing amidst the many trees that made up much of the City Gardens of Nexus Prime. It was one of his favorite spots to practice his Shaasskah as well as delve deep into meditation in order to ponder the events of whatever brightening it may be. A large fountain dominated the center of the clearing. It took the shape of a rather large gryphon rearing back on its hind legs; water cascading down from its open mouth. He stretched his massive body, loosing the muscles in his legs and arms; both as big around as the waist of an average human. His shoulders, easily as wide as some small carts used for hauling goods, popped and snapped as he stretched them as well. Indeed he was the essence of strength; devoid of the grotesque features that made up most of his full-blooded orc brethren.

The Spring had brought him much to be grateful for. At the moment, he was grateful for the fresh air and flowing breeze as well as the bit of added warmth that allowed him to move around freely without his shirt or heavy furred cloak that made up his winter wardrobe. He was dressed only in his gray trousers with his feet bare along with his rather sizable chest. His braided black topknot bounced around as he performed his routine exercises.

He was looking forward to meeting up with Zokia Zora; an elf woman whom he come to admire greatly and whom he held strong feelings for which he himself had not fully understood. He had promised to show here a few things about defending herself. He still had some ways to go before he knew all there was to know about such things but he was confident in what he did know and hoped he could pass even a little of that on to her. Of course he could not deny the fact that this all was just an excuse to be in Zokia's presence once again. He did hope that in the end though she would gain some interest in formal training in the art of Shaasskah which he had become more and more involved in.

Taking a moment between stretches, he looked around to see if Zokia was near as the time was growing close to when they had agreed to meet.

Zokia woke up refreshed from a wonderful night of blissful dreams, which by and by helps one to sleep much more soundly and peacefully. Along with the day came warmth and radiant sunshine as it blessed the lands with its heavenly glory. Yes the spring assisted with the growing process. The leafs on the trees were quickly sprouting forth as well as the flowers that are associated with this particular season.

The Esh'lahier Elf hummed as she performed her needed chores and then took care of her daughter, Kaiota Abbie. From here she planned on meeting Nyd, the half human, half orc being that she had been reunited with at the Windsteed Farm. What a joyful day that was. Nothing that was bad could have dampened the joy that she felt when she saw Nyd again. In truth until then she didn't realize just how much she missed him. Many floodgates of new emotions were opened on that day and since then she's found it hard to think of much else.

And then she was ready. Off she went only to find, as promised, Nyd as he practiced in the gardens, the nearby fountain offering the relaxing sounds of its waters as they gushed and at some places trickled forth. Zo of course smiled and sauntered forward with her daughter in tow. She was confident that Kai could occupy herself in such a place and so she felt comfortable bringing her, also given the fact that she wished for her to get to know Nyd better as well, and he her.

For a long while Zo simply stood and watched him without saying a word with just a bright smile painting her face. His massive structure impressed her though to most it may have been rather intimidating. Time and time again Nyd proved to her that there was nothing to be afraid of with him and Zo believed him. The last thing that she thought that Nyd wanted to do was to hurt her.

Not seeing Zokia yet, Nyd remembered that she probably had to get Kai ready before heading out. With this in mind, he returned to his exercises. Nyd was not sure how much he could teach Zokia as he himself was still a student but perhaps he could at least get her comfortable with the idea of learning so that when he was a bit more skilled, he could formally train her in the ways of Shaasskah. Nyd felt he need work on his balance and thus ended his exercises and began working on finding better balance. As a part of this, he had tried working breathing techniques into his practice. What he had learned thus far about the art, breathing was key to most of the more advanced teachings. Already familiar with controlling breathing and finding focus from his daily meditations, it was a small jump to mesh it all together.

While waiting for Zokia, not yet aware that she was already near and watching him, Nyd took his fighting stance and began practicing his blocks. He focused on breathing in tune with his upper blocks followed shortly after by the middle and lower blocks as well. He breathed in deeply as he prepared and then exhaled when he actually tried the block. This was followed soon after by the same breathing technique used in his punches and kicks. Nyd was finding that the breathing helped add force and control to what he was doing. As he went through his practice routine, his muscled form flexed and twisted, bent and straightened in an almost a dancelike way.

The practice routine took little time as Nyd was just using it as a warm-up. When he was finished, he stood still and closed his eyes. He focused just on his breathing as he worked to gain balance between his mind and body so that he could meet Zokia appropriately.

It was clear after a while that Nyd had not seen Zo. The Esh was fine with this because quite frankly she enjoyed the view immensely. She was deeply impressed by his ability thus far but also with his bulk and overall physique, it was massive and toned, as big as an orc but blessed with the qualities of a human. It was a wonderful combination, though most women probably wouldn't find green skin attractive. But as was evident Zo did, though she hadn't shared that little secret with anyone except for herself.

Kai remained behind Zo but eventually she sat upon the ground and allowed her daughter to sit in her lap. From time to time the mother would point things out to Kai, perhaps to get an interest planted within the heart and mind of her. The last thing that the Esh wanted was for her child to be scared of Nyd, especially so since she was interested in him, most likely as more than a friend though Zo found that from past experience that developing a friendship was of the first and utmost importance.

The female grinned from ear to ear but then her smile soon faded as she began to stare at the male as if he were an apparition, a being from a wonderful dream. It was evident in her violet eyes that she admired him and each time she saw him or spent time with him that emotion grew, along with many others. Zo sighed softly. Each move that he made was etched into her memory. Each curve and valley of his muscular frame was traveled over by her gaze until it caused her heart to feel like it were skipping a beat.

As Nyd entered his routine meditative state, his heart began to slow its pace and his breathing became more controlled, calm and even. He was in this state for several moments before his nose twitched slightly at a familiar smell. He was finding that in his meditations, his senses became more acute. It wasn't an extreme change yet but noticeable especially in his sense of smell which already was quite acute. He took another deep breath and knew immediately that Zokia was near. After a few more breaths, Nyd slowly opened his eyes and turned his head in Zokia's direction. He saw her sitting on the ground with Kai in her lap. He smiled and slowly walked toward them, taking care not to startle or scare Kai. As he approached, Zokia could see that he had a light sheen of sweat covering his chest and face. He carried a large smile.

When he got closer, he said, "I sensed a delicious smell in the air and knew immediately that it had to be you, milady. It's a pleasure to you see you two again." He bowed a greeting. "So how long have you two been sitting here?" Nyd narrowed his eyes and then grinned.

"I hope you are ready for a little workout today." He winked at Zokia. "I won't work you too hard; just a little stretching and some exercise and if you want I can show you how to do a couple things that I have learned that may come in handy someday. We can go through more formal things later, I thought we could just have fun and enjoy the brightening while learning a little bit." Nyd continued to smile. His mood was quite excited this brightening as Spring seemed to be having its fresh and new affects on the half-orc.

[Zokia Zora]

'Oh for the sake of the Gods! He has a wonderful body!', was what Zo was thinking as he approached, he towered above her. Yes his skin shade was different then she'd ever seen before but... those bulging firm muscles of his, they looked good enough to eat. It was evident that he was already pumped. Zo found that her heart skipped a beat until it was geared up to racing. The Esh smiled and swallowed hard, trying to appear unaffected by the sight of his heavenly body, though surely her in vane attempts didn't work because she was grinning from ear to ear.

The Esh blushed with his comment about her smelling delicious. Without missing a beat, or thinking to long about her reply, she let the words slip from between her freshly licked lips. "Well I may smell delicious but you look delicious. I could just eat you up." The female wanted to crawl into a hole and cover herself over but she couldn't and the words were already out there. She stood awkwardly; her cheeks already blushed the color of a red rose. Zo managed to press onward, inwardly reasoning that it was merely a compliment, a silly one and perhaps seductive one, depending on the view, but a compliment none-the-less. "Uhh... We've been here quite a while. You look wonderful out there. We’ve seen you warm up and then mediate a little."

Without holding back Zo walked right up to him and stood on her tiptoes as she puckered her lips, a sure indication that she wanted him to stoop to her level so that she could award him with a greeting kiss, as has become customary when she saw Nyd. And even though he was sweated she still placed the palm of her hand upon his firm stomach as she waited patiently for him to bend over.

Once the kiss of greeting was over she responded to his next subject. "I'm here to learn whatever you wish to teach me my love. I must warn you though I'm out of shape so you'll have to go easy on me. You can't wear me out." Zo winked at him. Oh she knew that she'd be getting a work out today, which she didn't mind. The female needed to get back into shape since having a baby tends to wear upon your figure, not that anyone else noticed except for Zo. "And the only workout that I got today was mucking out some stalls, grooming and feeding some hungry horses. Oh and getting that little monkey ready can be quite a chore."

Zo bent down and instructed Kai to stay within her sight. Of course the child nodded eagerly and then headed straight for the thing that fascinated her most, the fountain! The Esh just sighed and rolled her violet eyes. Her child is rather active and inquisitive but she wouldn't have it any other way. If wise energy like that could be channeled so that she could accomplish great things in her life. And thus far Kai had to wonderful women to help her to see the light, Zo and Viskyia.

The Esh organized and then went to the middle of the clearing and then she waited. She wore her simple Ranger outfit but still managed to look stunning in it. A wardrobe was one thing that she lacked, mostly due to her money situation. "I'm ready. What do you want me to do first?"

Nyd was getting used to Zokia's flirting and was enjoying it more and more each day. He was beginning to look forward to it and wondered what else she would do next. He wasn't exactly ready for her comment about him looking delicious however he was becoming accustomed to her comments and actions surprising him. He quickly responded, "Eat me up? Maybe later." The awkwardness Nyd had felt around Zokia was vanishing each time they saw each other. He was feeling more and more comfortable around her and found himself thinking of her quite a lot when she wasn't around. He stopped in front of her. "So you were watching me were you? I hope you liked what you saw" Nyd smiled. "I am not the most talented at the art but I hope to be very soon." Her scent continued to entice him and when she walked up in front of him on her toes, lifted her head and presented her lips while placing her hand on his stomach, he couldn't believe his luck. Each time she greeted him he counted himself lucky.

He stooped down so that his face was level with hers and leaned in. She was able to kiss his cheek while at the same time he kissed hers. This time however the corner of his mouth brushed the corner of hers and Nyd let it linger there for a slight second before pulling away. Nyd was quickly beginning to realize that he indeed was developing feelings for the elf woman. Feelings he didn't think he could experience outside of his own mind.

When the embrace was broken, Nyd straightened back to his full height. Her added words, "my love" to her next statement were ones that he would ponder for some time later but for now he nodded. "Oh milady, I will be sure to wear you out and then some. Although I can imagine Kai is quite the handful; I will try to compare." Nyd chuckled lightly as Kai ran off to play at the fountain. He turned back to Zokia and said, "To start...oh yes, first let me remind you that I am not much of a teacher. I am still a student in my art and am only giving you a little taste of what I hope to be able to show you in greater depth later." Nyd leaned his neck to the side and flexed, trying to pop a kink in the muscles there. A quick snap could be heard as he did this followed by a soft sigh.

"Ok, first off, I have been training the in the art of Shaasskah. It is a method of attack and defense as well as way of life practiced by the saurid. The name translated means, “Things learned from wild animals”. At its basic level, it teaches one how to punch, block, and kick in a controlled manner. From what I gather of the more advanced techniques, your very body becomes a living weapon. Every limb is deadly and masters have been known to be able to defend themselves against multiple foes, even killing fully armored soldiers without ever lifting a weapon." Nyd spoke with a tone that implied pride in this art.

"What you will be learning today however will be how to loosen your muscles and prepare your body to be able to begin the basics. Now again, I am not a master at exercise or stretching but I know what works for me and hopefully we can adapt that to work for you. So I will model for you some of the stretches and then help you find what is comfortable for you. We start with what is comfortable and then push past the comfort level little by little." Nyd waited for Zokia to acknowledge what he was saying and he hoped she was with him so far.

"First, you will want to stretch your arms. Since punches are a primary attack in Shaasskah, you will need to make sure your arms are loose and ready else you may end up hurting yourself. For me, I begin by holding my arms out to my sides and raising them slowly as far as I can, like so..." Nyd stepped back and lifted his arms up to either side. He raised them slowly until they were level with his shoulders. He waited for Zokia to follow suit. When he was satisfied, he raised his arms higher than his shoulders which brought about a few noticeable pops and snaps.

Nyd watched as Zokia mirrored his actions and complimented her on her efforts. "Next, do the same thing but with your arms out in front of you, like so..." Nyd took Zokia through several different arm stretches that served to loosen her arms muscles up and work out the kinks and knots that may be present. As she did this, he couldn't help but admire her tight, curvaceous figure; the sight of which caused some tingling in various parts of his body. "How's that feel?"

To Zo it didn’t matter that Nyd wasn’t a ‘teacher’ per say, even though she personally thought that he’d do fine since he was patient, at least with her thus far. Really all that the female wanted was to have fun, get a little bit of a work out but most of all just to be with Nyd. Her expression displayed as such when she made a face at him before he began again.

She did as he instructed. Zo leaned and bent in position that offered her the most stretch for her muscles. Occasionally she groaned pleasurably since it clearly felt good to loosen up her stress tightened muscles. The female only hoped that she was doing them right. Her eyes found his from time to time and searched for approval. She showed signs that if she wasn’t performing correctly then she hoped that he’d correct her.

Yes Zo was the model student and most eager to learn…

The Esh grinned and then moaned again. ”Mmmm… It feels so good. How long do we stretch? I could do this all day, it feels so wonderful.” Teasingly she looked at him and winked. Oh she knew that he was looking at her, and admiring her for longer then he would a normal ‘student’ but Zo didn’t mind, in fact she felt complimented that he thought of her in that manner. That attitude was just what she was searching for.

And then she bent down into a rather deep stretch, perhaps this time teasing Nyd more then she should. ”Oh for the Gods this feels so heavenly. My body really needs this.” She then stood up. It was good to keep this session in focus but she desired to talk to him during all that he was teaching her. ”Do you do this every day Nyd? No wonder you look so delicious.” Zo grinned and then twisted at the waist, perhaps adding a little style of her own into her stretches.

As Nyd watched Zokia perform the stretches, he noted toward the end that she winced slightly at some of her exercises. "If something doesn't feel right, then you should probably not do it the same way again. listen to your body and you will know how to adjust." Nyd modeled the exercises that he noted her trouble with and let her try again seeing that she did not wince as much the second time. He nodded his approval and grinned. "As far as how long to stretch, you do it until you feel loose enough for the real workout." Zokia's provocative twist to her words did not fully slip by Nyd although it took him a little bit to notice. When he did notice, he raised an eyebrow as a couple interesting images entered his mind. Entertaining them for a moment, he then moved closer to Zokia and stepped behind her. "Yes, I do this everyday for at least a couple candlemarks, usually longer." Nyd wiped his palms down his pant legs.

"Ok, now that you have done those stretches, we will try something a little different. Raise your arms out to either side." He waited for her to do so and then lifted his own arms so that they were out in front of him but under each of her arms. "Now, you will slowly push your arms down on mine with firm but stead pressure. I will slowly lower my arms with yours. This creates resistance and works your muscles." Nyd took the opportunity to stand right up against Zokia's back. Looking down, he breathed in her scent. Thoughts that he had only entertained in the sleeping hours began to emerge. He couldn't imagine such things ever being true for him as he was after all, an orc; hated and despised. If not for his human mix he most likely would have been killed on sight long before being allowed into the city. But now those thoughts threatened to cause major distraction, not to mention causing various parts of his body to also awaken; one being his heart which begun to beat noticeably faster.

Nyd was so observant. He noted her light wince and responded appropriately, as a teacher would. But perhaps his actions and concerns were coming from one that was more then a person that merely instructed Zo in the ways of the body. Indeed when he moved in behind her the Esh felt a sensation travel up the entire length of her back. Softly she shuddered with delight as she leaned back into him, of course doing as he instructed her too until her arms were shaking lightly from the exertion. Then she giggled slightly. She knew that Nyd would realize that she was indeed using her muscles to the fullest extent possible; she was a strong woman for one so small.

"Is this the way Nyd?" She knew that it was the way in which he wanted her to move but Zo wished to hear it anyway. He was so close, she could feel his breath and his heartbeat against her back, and it pounded like a drum. This caused Zo to smile, though the half orc could not see her. Her heart to was pulsating in her chest, even though hers felt more like it would beat through the bone and flesh in which held it safely within it's home.

Desperately Zo wanted to groan but she was determined to keep from distracting her 'session' of instruction. But oh how she fought to keep herself under control. Why was she feeling this way about an orc? Yes this was strange to say the least. If she said anything to him about it perhaps he'd look at her like she had lost her mind. And so she bit back her words and continued to enjoy the feeling of his body against hers. Softly she whispered, almost sounding like she was out of breath, she’d blame it on the strain of her muscles. ”Tell me if I am doing something wrong… something that you don’t like.”

Nyd lowered his arms as Zokia pressed down with hers. He reduced the resistance little by little though he enjoyed the feel of her back pressing up against his mid-lower torso. Her slight shudder did not go unnoticed as Nyd continued to look at her from over her shoulder. "You are doing quite well, milady." More and more thoughts raced through his mind; thoughts that he knew he should not be having for the elf woman yet he could not help it. He found himself desperately wanting to reach both arms around and embrace her; her scent merely serving to deepen this want. He tried to focus and control his body in an attempt to keep it away from his thoughts yet he was fighting a losing battle.

Nyd knew that Zokia had at least some interest in him. She was without a doubt a friend and although it had taken him a bit to realize it, her actions toward him seemed to indicate a strong possibility that she was seeing him as more than such. There were so many things that could go wrong that he had entertained every time he began to think of himself and Zokia as more than simple friends. First there was the taboo of it all and the fact that many people would frown on it to the point of it being dangerous. Then there was his own insecurity of not being able to understand what someone as exotic and beautiful as Zokia would see in one such as he. Even with those thoughts to challenge the more passionate ones, he still could not get her out of his head.

When she spoke, her voice nearly a whisper, Nyd leaned his head down so that his lips were dangerously close to her ear and said with a soft tone of his own, his voice still impossibly deep, "You have done nothing that I have not liked, Zokia Zora." His breath brushed against her hair and the warmth spread to her ear.

Zo grinned even wider when he said what he had. His tone when he said her name caused a tingle within her heart but still she said nothing in regards to this. But his close proximity caused other rewards, his lips so close to her ear that it was pleasurably dangerous, and then the warmth that his spoken breath provided. It was enough to send the normal woman into shock.

Yes Zokia, the Esh'lahier woman, was shuddering from much more then the exertion of her strained muscles. Her body began to sweat and her knees became weak. Surely he could feel all of this since their bodies were obviously pressed together very tightly now. She could feel every breath that he pulled into his lungs and his heart beat felt like her own, although it was much more strong and powerful.

Her breath began to gasp, not only from her small workout but also because his intimate vibes felt like a live electric current going from his body to her own. The butterflies in the pit of her stomach were tremendous. How much could a female take? Zo then gave in and let her arms drop, gasping for air as she made the excuse that her strength just couldn't hold up any longer. "I'm going to be needing this every day. You could help me if you'd like. Do you wish to help me get into shape Nyd?" She merely stood in her position as she looked back and up at him, a smile painting her fine features. The female was still panting. ”What’s next?”, she asked breathlessly.

Yes, Nyd knew now that he was indeed falling for Zokia. The thought was still a bit frightening for him and this fear prevented him from coming right out and saying it. He did however feel comfortable letting her know in his own way and meant every word when he said she had not done anything he had not liked. Their closeness made him feel such a way that he did not want to end it. He struggled to control his reactions to such feelings, hoping that she would not feel the various physical signs, the least of which being the increased pace of his heart as it pounded beneath the surface of his thick chest.

Looking down at her as she looked up at him, he said again in a soft, deep voice, "I will do for you whatever you may need, milady and whatever it takes to get you in the shape that you desire, I will assist." A soft yet wide smile crossed his broad face, his hands now touching her waist as they both had ceased the stretch. He was aware of this yet did not pull away. Reason began to poke through the cloud of growing passion and snapped him out of his momentary daze. He continued to smile but said after a brief pause, "Um...next...yes next we will need to stretch your legs. It may feel uncomfortable at first but I assure you that in no time it will feel better than you could imagine." Nyd started to clear his head a bit more and continued, "At least with the art of Shaasskah, one must be very flexible and possess great endurance as the art requires one to be able to move, act and react quickly, sometimes for extended periods of time, and with focus." He still had not removed his hands yet; his body remained pressed against hers.

While still holding her, he gave her instructions. "You will need to lay down on your back and give up control of your legs to me. I will help you stretch them so that you can loosen up enough as to not hurt yourself when we begin the next stage of your introduction to the art." Nyd's hold on her loosened as to allow her to move yet he did not immediately let go. He hoped that she would do that part as he was not sure he could just yet.

It wasn't hard to see that Nyd and Zo were extremely attracted to each other but still the Esh found it hard to show him this except by way of her flirtatious actions, she dared not say anything. She wondered if someone like him could even want a female like her although he did say the first time that they met that he wasn't attracted to female orcs but rather humans and elves. Zo recalled and then thought about this and grinned. Yes she was determined to take it slow though she had to admit that she was enjoying teasing and torturing him with each lingering glance and with each soft touch that she wished to last for an eternity between them. This would be hard but at the same time she wanted to know for herself if what she was feeling could be real or merely a fantasy. She wished to however see the depth of this person. How long could he endure the temptation before he broke? Perhaps he didn't have a breaking point. Only time would and could reveal all things.

In the meantime the Esh Elf would enjoy every single moment with Nyd. He was a virgin to all of the things that went along with being attracted to someone. It was actually exciting to think that she could be the first to make him feel certain emotions and sensations. This in itself made it all the more exciting even though being attracted to an orc was all-new to her as well.

Zo did as he instructed. She turned within his arms and then looked up at him. The size difference was tremendous, but Zo didn't mind this at all. The female let her hands linger upon his frame likely longer then needed but she too found it hard to break free from him. They now seemed to share their own personal space with each other, becoming as one until Zo finally sat upon the ground and then slowly laid back, quite seductively, her eyes watching him as her lips were slightly touched by a smile. Needless to say her figure was quite impressive and the her rather long blond hair was a beautiful contrast to the green grass in which she now rested, her one hand caressing the blades of grass while the other rested upon her flat stomach. She then lifted her one leg up toward him. "Okay I'm ready. Work your magic."

Indeed Nyd was close to his breaking point when it came to holding back the fee
