[S'Lon]

S'Lon left the Aediles office and followed the instructions that he had been given, and they eventually led him to the house that she had described to him. He stood outside the gates and looked at it for a while, a smile on his face but eventually turned and headed off home, saving the excitement of looking around for when Robyn was with him.

The smile was still on his face when he got home and he greeted Robyn cheerfully as she was sorting out the kitchen area. Sneaking up behind her once they had kissed he wrapped his arms around her and kissed the back of her neck gently.

”I have something for you my love,” he said. ”I’ve borrowed these,” he said jangling the keys in front of her. ”Do you want to come and have a look and see what you think?” He stood back and allowed her to turn around if she wanted.

Robyn was delighted to see S'lon and to show him how the house was taking shape. By the time he got back, the kitchen was gleaming clean and Robyn was looking very pleased with herself.

As he sneaked up behind her, Robyn breathed in deeply as she felt his arms wrap around her and she let out a gentle moan of pleasure as he kissed the back of her neck. He knew that there was nothing she could do to resist that movement, no way that she could do anything except lean against him when he kissed her there. She lifted her arms up, wrapping them behind his head and tilted her head to one side, allowing him access to her neck and she revelled in the feelings that were coarsing through her at his touch.

Then, when he spoke, she turned her head slightly to look at him and then at the keys. Her eyes widened with pleasure as she realised what it was that he was dangling in front of her and she beamed at him. She turned around and leapt into his arms, wrapping her arms around his neck and her legs around his waist.

Is that wot I fink that is? she kissed him on the nose, the eyes, the cheeks and the lips as she rained kisses on him Oh S'lon! I can't believe this is 'appening! she pulled herself against him, hugging him until breathing was about to become an issue and then she dropped down from his arms and grinned up at him.

come on the, lets go!!! she looked at that moment rather like a child on the way to a party.

Which is how she felt.

The journey to the house was something that Robyn would remember for a long time. She had rarely been so delighted at something in her life, as she was by her relationship with S'lon. But that they were going into business together just made her want to cry with pleasure.

And as they made their way, past the Shvakkim, on the Crowshead side, Robyn saw the most amazing sight she had ever seen. An enormous, four storey mansion, towering above them. The outside of the house, as they approached it, showed it as a large property, set back from the road by a walled garden. The iron gate that they walked through to reach the place was massive wrought iron, setting the grounds apart. The gardens were plain, emphasising the winding path that made its way to the house itself.

The front door to the house was up a few steps, leading to a massive oaken door, set in a porchway. The oaken door was solid, looking rather secure. Robyn squealed in delight at the massive brass knocker that sat perched in the middle of the door.

As Robyn and S'lon walked through the door, they entered the hallway. This was, to Robyn's eyes, massive. She looked at the sweeping staircase that was the centrepiece of the hallway and took in the huge windows that gave the feeling of light and airy and she smiled at S'lon with amazement.

The hallway itself had four doors leading from, two on either side. The massive staircase which swept upwards dominated the back of the hallway, and Robyn looked around in amazement. The decoration in this place was light and airy, giving even more of a feeling of space.

The four doors, two to the left, two to the right, were identical. No heavy oak here, these were glass and light wood, allowing the chandaliers to glint off the stained glass and causing the light to cascade through the room.

To the left, the first of the doors opened into a massive dining room. This place could easily hold twenty people or more, and was again light and airy. The massive windows along the front and side of the building dominated two walls, adding to the light pouring into the room itself.

The second of the doors on the left opened into the ballroom. As it turned out, so did the second of the doors on the right. This area took up the entire back of the house, covering half of the floor space taken up by the ground floor. This room was huge, the entire south wall taken up by mirrors, but these mirrors were shaped the same as the windows, and so the room looked even bigger than it actually was. This ballroom could host massive functions, and as she looked at it, Robyn felt an idea start to form.

Then, as one made ones way up the winding staircase, there were the bedrooms. Behind the dininig room was, of course the kitchen and as Robyn wandered around the spacious rooms with S'lon she looked more and more excited.

Its perfect. We can make it a gentleman's club. Massages, hot baths, the whole works, here. We can do it all, S'lon, not just an 'otel. We need workers. she looked at him with that determined look that he was growing to recognise.

She really wanted this house.

As they entered through the gates, S'Lon was pleased that he had resisted the temptation to wander around earlier because this way he could share the pleasure of the discovery with her. The gates squealed very slightly in proof that the house had stood empty for only a short while and probably the gates had remained open most of the time before and would in all probability stand open once more if they decided that it was the place for them.

The gardens were a relief for him, acting as a breathing space between the street and the house, and he grinned in response to Robyns delight as they reached the front door. The heavy door soon revealed the interior of the house and S'Lon became a little intimidated by the sheer scale of the place and the fact that they were considering taking on the project. It was a huge gamble that they were taking and he wasn’t even going to be able to give it his full time attention, that being reserved for the Rangers, but he would help Robyn as much as he could, and helping her was going to be pleasure rather than a chore.

S'Lon wandered around some of the ground floor rooms, tagging along behind Robyn, looking around curiously and taking in the details. He was however a little overwhelmed by it all and was only just starting to imagine what they could do with it. Robyn when she finally turned round to him with an excited look on her face was obviously a long way ahead of him in her mind.

Even so, she surprised him because she had taken it a whole generation further in her thoughts than he had. He stood for a moment with his jaw dropped and then he laughed softly and took her into his arms and hugged her. He kissed her neck and squeezed then pushed her back a bit so that he could see her face and those emerald eyes that sparkled at him. ”A club? Well that’s quite a leap forward!” He hugged her again and used the opportunity to consider the thought. He released her again and smiled, ” that’s a wonderful idea and it will be just perfect with this building. It takes what we have discussed and takes it onto a whole new level, and I love it! He hugged her once more and looked around at the building with a whole new idea in his mind.
