Trinity is an upstanding Citizen
Tomar's Shipyard

On the northern intersection of the Narimite River and the Sea of Diana sits Tomar’s shipyard. One of the largest plots of land in the Narimite Valley, it consists of grand docks that reach into the sea, a great building where ships for personal use are docked, and of course Master Tomar’s own residence, a large mansion that looks outward onto the stormy waters.
Ships of moderate sizes can be found moored at Tomar’s, but no matter how many are docked, there always seems to be room for more. The property is alive with sailors for all of the brightening, but at night, most head into the city for the notorious Mariner’s Box. Tomar's doesn't seem to ever have any rather large ships, as he mainly specializes in having fishing boats and the like built.

The trade building, located in the northeast corner of the shipyard (making it the most inland structure) is the place to go for Narim’s many merchants. Here, they can arrange to have materials from overseas shipped to Narim in the near future, by making a deal with Tomar. This sort of venture is only used to order speciality items, as it is usually a cheaper deal than the city's own. The building is also a large warehouse, where imports are stored and exports await shipment. However, these ventures are more of the private type, as Narim's own harbor handles many of the city-driven imports and exports.

The mansion sits a little deeper into the property, actually fenced off from the rest. On the shores of the vast mouth of the Narimite River, it has a view of the sea that is unimpeded by the great galleons of the shipyard. The whole house, which was porbably the biggest in Narim, has three stories and as many rooms as anyone could count. A grand garden, one of the greatest privately owned gardens in the entirety of the Allerian Empire, sits just north of the house like a botanist’s dream. It stands as a stark testament to the wealth of the richest man in the Confederation of the Sherian. Or at least, anyone who knew Tomar would argue that he was. After all, the man owned enough to privately build his own boats to sell to the public. Building materials were not cheap, to say the least.

There was a simple sidewalk that lead up to the house, which was grand enough to rival even the most magnificent architetcure Narim could posess. A large wooden door led inside, and straight to a reception area. There was an elf here, a worker of Tomar himself lounging a bit lazily over the desk. His arms were close together, hands clasped around themselves. He was dressed in a sleek looking attire, one that would prove he was paid well enough by the big man on campus, so to speak.
As a person approaches, he sighs rather dramatically and looks over at them with one eye, shifting slightly to get a better view. It seemed that another's mere presence was putting him out.
"Serale," Shot the employee, his distates present in his voice, "and welcome to Tomar's Shipyard. Master Tomar does not take lightly to just anyone being in his home, so if you'd state your business.. Or.. Oh, are you here for the shipyard itself?" He gave another dramtic sigh.. "I suppose I could show you to them, if you're intent on it.."

OoC:
NPC - Aelelian Nimulas, basic clerk.

Physical: Young (for his race at least) Elf with long blonde hair. Eyes are hazel, height is moderately average. Think around 5'11" and you should be fine. Usually in a rather fancy attire, considering he is an employee of a rich man. And, well, the money goes to his brain and gives him quite the nearly-stuck-on ability to look down upon everyone else, as if peering over his nose to take a proper look at them.

Personality: Snooty, looks down on practicially everyone shy those that look presentable enough to be considered a cut above the rest. Over emphasizes words to insult, ie 'Gentlemen' and such.

If you need Tomar, PM me first. He's not just anyone you can throw around. ;-P I might let you play him, but you'll have to tell me why you need him first.

Ship pricelist forthcoming. ><
