Master Rrees looked the Orc over. He seemed to register the eagerness with which the Orc wanted to learn this training, and thorught that Mugzug looked to be a good prospect for a new addition to his business.

Ok Mugzug, you want to learrrn the art of fighting with clawwws? I can teach this to you. I only have one stipulation in this though. I only teach those that wwwould wwwork for me. Arrre you willing forrr this to continue? Forrr I am happy to teach those that are willing to work for paying forrr the trrraining. If this is so then I will, take you underrr my tuition, and we shall starrrt strrraight away.

This hunter of men confirmed Mugzug would gain what he desired with every fiber of his body, the skill to take what was rightfully his. The price was minor; the green monstrousity could easily annihilate whatever his master told him to if that was the price. It was a practice Mugzug was all to familiar with as he slew brother and sister orcs with impunity from childhood unto present day.

Mugzug fiendish grin grew to reveal his second set of growing tusks as he acknowledged, “Mugzug klomp faw lat. Lat gib Mugzug klaw sekretz!” It was a simple enough agreement, and one that would draw closer the day of the end of the oppression of the clans. Mugzug would return a hero, and then return to Riparia as a Warboss conqueror. It would all pass in time, all in good time.

His eyes fell to his hands gazing upon his claws, a gift given to all orcs. Would he fight with these? While serviceable they were nothing like cold steel or even the natural claws of a Killer Car such as the one before him. On this Mugzug was stumped if this truly was as effective as he previously thought it would be? He thought of this for all of about two seconds before he came up with an ingenious idea, by orcish standards to overcome his disabilities… All he needed was a good orcish blacksmith and a really good shaman. Mugzug’s face grew a whole new shade of depravity as he ruminated on this painful idea… Mugzug muk da Steyl Klaw Klan!

Rrees had not had much involvement with Orcs, but as Oecs went, he thought this one in front of him looked to be a brute, that he could use as the perfect assassin. So He listened to Mugzug’s answer and smiled, His own set of very sharp teeth protruding in a friendly way.

Good, I’m glad that you agrrrree to the terrrrms. I do not have a Job for you in yourrrr untrrrrained state, at the moment, but I assurrrre you that once you have the basics of this arrrt, then my Orrrcy Frrriend you will become of much use.

Master Rrees moved from behind his desk and made for the door, He didn’t wait for Mugzug to follow; he assumed he would fall in behind him, he didn’t feel the need to look to make sure, as one who as had been in power for a while, he was used to people respecting his wishes, or his orders, and doing what he asked. They moved back down the stairs, and then along a corridor that led to the back of the building that they were in. There was natural light to see by only that from the occasional torch positioned on the wall, giving off a flickering light that cause certain shadows to move slightly. Rrees continued, by turning to the left and along this shorter second corridor, at the end of which was a Door. The Door was huge and looked to be made from solid wood. It had a series of locks That Rrees began going through to unlock, and then he went inside the room.

This new room had two single torches blazing along its circumference, for the room was made in the style of a fighting pit. Around the outer edge, was a raised area that people could sit on, if they were tired, or watching a fight. The floor of the room though had been dug out to form the pit, and covered with a layer of sand that allowed the Floor to be ‘tidied’ quite quickly.

So Mugzug, welcome to yourrr trrrraining arrrea. Here I will teach you the ways of fighting with yourrr clawwws, and in higher levels of trrrraining, how to use stealth as a forrrm of attack.
