The Benedictine Servants of Hospitality

Origins:

The most recent of the Holy Orders the Benedictine have risen quickly in the past thirty era's. They were originally founded by the first Mother Superior. Orignally know simple as the Mother none have ever known her name and may never. She gathered a collection of priest and priestess and who believed strongly in the principales of hosbitality. The Order being less reliant upon Holy Powers for their services, and being as they worship all of the gods. Was less effected by the Fractrum and gave the a chance to rise above Hands and and Brothers and Sisters. The original Mother Superior passed away shortly after the fractrum and the second Mother Superior served during the time of the Church Crisis when the Benedictine Servants stayed neutral between shismed churches. It was shortly after that during the night of desicration when she was killed by an assasign. The current Mother Superior, once a priestess from the order in Medonia, wished to see the order rise to previlances in the empire.

Services:

The Benedictine Servants of Hospitality specialize in several factors. They primarly have risen as a medical order, and their hospitals, and Ayslumns can be found through out the empire. They employee both arcane and natural healing in their arts. Secondly they are known for their hospitality. They build large hospits around the empire to allow for travelers to stay the night and have a good meal. The rich don't often employ them, but they offer their services to any who ask for one darkening. They also volunter as lawyers for thought who can not afford to higher one themselves.

Ideology:
"Hospitality is the universal language. All races understand it and pratice it, the little difference of edicate are of no importance. We serve the gods best by serving others. All must be allowed to share in the bounty of the world, and the blessing given to us by the gods.

Hospitality is the key to everything. They must welcome all who come to use regardless of their cread, as long as they harm none under the orders roofs, and must protect thoughts who come seeking aid from the order. They help to protect the innocance, and will protect others as best as in their abilities..

Gods:
The Servants stayed neutral in the recent holy crisis, which in some ways increased their prestige, but it also reflects their views. They are dedicated to Hospitality not to a particular god or goddess. They worship all of the Gods, with a special focus on the Sacred Three as is true and right. They are neutral on Planters dogma wise.

The Mother Superior: Head of the Order. Sits on the councils in Diana. Appointed from with in the order by a secret ballot amoung the Mothers and Fathers.

The Mothers and Fathers: Each city and large town is run by a Mother or Father. They are responcible for the day to day running in their areas.

The Brothers and Sisters: Run the individual buildings, or are the represenatives in the courts of law.

The Servants: Regular priests.

The Novices: The Novices.

Okay this is a very first draft. I have spent the last night running over with ideas and couldn't sleep, problem being I can store all of this on my computer since the internet isn't working on mine, and only on my wives. so this is very ruff and I will increase and expanded as ideas contiune to come to me, but I would like to see others ideas, since hopefully this can be instituted empire wide.
