Ring Englebert Potts
Englebert Potts was Aedile of Arconis. He was romantically involved with Mrs Hyacinth of Hyacinth's Macellum. He was killed in the attacks of the giants on Arconis when Pescado Branch was Thane. His widow is the current acting Aedile of Arconis.
