Lord Lyonnais Torveskalardim, in his role as Imperial Moneychanger in accordance with Article 35 of the Articles of Imperium, is the current Governor of the Imperial Bank of Aelyria. He was presumably appointed when Lord Hsin Zhou was Imperial Exchequer and Lord Imperial Minister of Finance.
