Quick question about the season shift.

Note: I have done a forum search and haven't found a thread pertaining to this.

I understand the concept of the season shift and not being able to post any new threads, but what If I had already posted at an office (lets say a hospital) and was waiting for the mod to reply to my interaction? At such locations usually there is a side-thread for any major interaction or plotting, so would that be allowed to be posted in winter now? In case I'm not clear let's say I posted in August with a winter timestamp in a hospital thread, but the mod hasn't gotten back to me yet. Can they still post me a side-thread from that location now even though the seasons have shifted? Thanks in advance for any answers.

What you might want to do is post the side thread, and then ask a moderator to moderate it. I got caught in exactly the same sort of issue you mention last season. I enrolled in magic school, and the seasons shifted before I started my training thread, so I ended up having to hang around school for a month after I had timestamped my enrollment for no particular reason.

Depends on what it's for I'd say. I can see exceptions being made for these kind of things. Just poke your local GM and find out how they want to do things

Duvel is right, exceptions for this type of thing have commonly be made and it shouldn't be a problem to start a training thread for last season, particularly since the seasons just changed.

In general "continuation" threads, to coin the term, (a thread that really started in another thread but split off for whatever reason) are exempt from ft change.
