Formatting Question

Hey
I have two questions related to formatting, first I was wondering how do you format so your posts have those frames, like this post.

And then how do you format the "Show Secrets" button.

frame is:


[frame=BLACK] blah blah blah blah [/frame]
(you can choose whatever color you want. I just use black as an example.)

will look like this:

blah blah blah blah

and secrets is:


[spoiler] blah blah blah blah [/spoiler]

will look like this:

Secrets : blah blah blah blah

btw, when doing the frames, you can also do frame=#000000, in this case black. this gives you a much wider array of colors.

Don't forget though, that when doing that you have to put the #00000 in quotes, like this


[frame="#000000"] ramble blah ramble [/frame]

You NEED the # sign for it to work on all browsers, but not the quotes

quotes are only needed if you're using whitespace in the element's definition. since there is no whitespace, it's not necessary. color elements very rarely have to have quotes. they DO however need the pound sign.

LOL Apakai. It's actually an HTML background I come from, and sourcing pages, all they do with the color bbcodes is directly transliterate it into HTML
