Ding - Level Up.
I noticed whilst I was puruseing the help section on how to progress your character, that you had a choice of 1 level five and two level three, or two level fours and the rest level two, or something similar. Does that include racial skills? For example, if my Dracon was to master flight, would I be stuck putting every other skill at level 3 or 2?

Yeah yeah yeah, fairness, I know. I just wasn't quite sure of the semantics and mechanics of race skills, but that cleared it up.

Well, to be honest, to practically use most racial skills (flying, shapechanging, etc) you can get away with level 3...which doesnt hinder anything too greatly. Any higher levels would probably create some rather interesting ability uses that would compete with those of other skills.

See I planned on having my trade as level five, my arcana and weapon at level three, but when I compare things, my trade and arcana are both powerful weapons in themselves, and you cant technically fly until that's a level three skill either, so really, who needs close combat? I'll just put my weapons at level two and use magic to keep you all away from my cookies. *jealous glare*
