The City of Freeport comes fully designed and completely developed, integrated into Aelyria as a stand-alone environment, or stage/theater, for telling stories and role playing. Unlike cities, it is not a routinely moderated area, so instead, players and moderators team up to embark on specific adventures within the city. "Adventures" are the storylines that take place across Freeport and its surrounding areas (and could, potentially, spill into Aelyria itself, with the permission of Aelyria moderators that might be impacted).

Actually, you can jump into Freeport any time you wish with any moderator you'd like, as long as you are the primary character for a Companion account (which you are)

But where? I cannot find Freeport anywhere. I've looked under Plane of the Material and Hall of companions, am I missing something?

I think what he's trying to convey is that, there is no link to Freeport nor is it accessible anywhere on the site...despite of what Juan has stated as being the opening date.

Hmm... okay, I can't find it anywhere. I think we have a missing Pirates epidemic! All I can find is quite a few articles about Freeport in Lore... but other than that, I'm drawing a blank.

EDIT: Articles I can't access btw, because it says I don't have sufficient privileges. So, it sounds like to me that everything about Freeport is still hidden except to the very high ups, like AL or something.

Hi there,

"The Summer of Adventure" is a series of events leading up to Pirates of Aelyria. The Pirates of Aelyria module will be launched later in the month; sorry if that was unclear! As for movement, I intend to make some more details on the Pirates module available later this evening and tomorrow.
