Wandering through the woods

Naruto sits silently in a tree within the dense forest, watching as the sun came up over the tops of the trees. She sighs, and glances upward at the falcon soaring overhead.
She climbs up a few branches higher, hoping to get a better view of the forest.
The falcon swoops down and lands on the branch right above her head.
"ahh Ronol, what a beutifull day it is today. The air is crisp, and yet still no one had come for a visit. Maybe someday soon. Have you had your breakfast already?" she says as she chomps on a few berries she found in the leaves.

OOC: Welcome to Aelyria Naruto! I am one of the friendly Assistant Game masters of Primus Countryside

As a new player, I suggest that you read the Player Guides located here. This will hopefully help you to understand the basics of gameplay in Aelyria. There are a few things that I would like to go through with you. Firstly, your post is very well written and nicely described, well done

The only problem is that you are unable to have a pet falcon when you first begin the game. In order to recieve a pet, you must purchase one from a pet shop in a city. A good place to start would be Aelyria Prime, the capital city of Aelyria. Also, in your profile you have written that your character owns weapons and potions. This also is against the rules, you must purchase these items in a City too. If you could adjust your profile to owning only the following that would be great:

- Five Hundred gold Crowns (the currency of the Empire)
- an Imperial Visa (your proof of citizenship)
- a dagger or a small blade
- a suit of light leather armour
- a flask of fresh spring water
- five rations of food
- a deed to your family's three-room home worth 5,000 Crowns if you sell it to the local Aedile.

The Falcon that landed next to you on a nearby branch looks at you curiously, squawks, and flies into the air majestically. You look at in awe, wishing it was your own Falcon. It swoops low and grabs something with its mouth from the ground. You see it store it's find inbetween it's beak and beat it's wings furiously to lift high into the air and fly away back to it's nest. Sighing happily at the sight of such a bird, you look down to the ground and see a tiny faery fluttering around the bottom of the trun of the tree. It's tiny wings flutter and glisten in the sunlight as it makes it's way up to you. Perching on your hand, you see that it is a young female faery. She wears a light green dress and tiny white shoes. Her face is a rosey pink colour and a smile seems to be permantly plastered to her face. Giggling loudly she looks up at you and waves. "Hello! My name is Trist! Why are you all the way up here in this huge tree?" Hopping about on your hand, she continues to smile and giggle at you as she waits for you to speak.

ooc- oops.. i guess i should have paid a lil more attention to thoes rules.. hmm.. ^-^

ic- Naruto giggles a little at the faerie that has found her way to her, and responds,
"Why hello little Trist! I'm up in this tree because its much more comfortable to sleep in then that hard floor full of stones and sticks.. Isn't it so much nicer up here? You can see almost the whole forest from this one! i've never much liked the crowded streets, more the quietness of such a mystical forest"

OOC: The rules can be confusing, it's always good to go through them a couple of times. Another rule is that you start off with no skills and need to train at academies and schools to gain them. In the Student Quarter of Aelyria Prime, you can ask for training in character on anything you wish, and advice will be given there. Also, you can't change into a wolf whenever you wish at any point in the game, hehe. I'm sorry to be drilling you over the rules, but it's always best to understand everything at the beginning. You're doing great though!

IC: Trist looks at you with a look of understanding "Oh yes! Trees are wonderful things to live on, I live inside a tree not far from here, it is my favourite place to be!" Giggling once more, the small faery flies up close to your face, bending one leg delicately behind her body and adds "What about a house, don't you have one of those? My parents told me most people have houses."

ic- Naruto glances back to Trist hovering in front of her face.
"Well of course i have a home! but i hate being stuffed up in such a place! If i had a little place here in the woods i would be so much more happy!"
Naruto starts making swift arm motions to make her point more exagerated, then sighs,
"I would be able to wake up to the birds singing happily in the trees instead of the rustleing of the city. I really needed a break from that!"

OOC: Thanks a bunch

IC: Trist's eyes widen and she flutters back and forth infront of you excitedly. "Oh! If you have a house but you don't want to live in it you could sell it for sooo many Crowns! Yup, lots and lots! You'd need to buy a big material house though..." Trailing off, Trist tries to remember the word she is thinking of. Clicking her fingers in delight, she exclaims "A tent! You could be one of those wanderers, that would be fun! I don't need to wander though, because I have wings!" Spinning in the air happily, Trist giggles and perches herself back onto your hand, looking a little dizzy. Sitting down on the back of your hand, she crosses her legs and stares at you with her head leaning on her petite hands.

Naruto's face brightens at the thought.
"Oohh! i could, coulden't i?" Naruto ponders for a minute, then excalaims in delight, " i'm going to do that right away! then i woulden't have to worry about that place getting any rats.."
As she speaks Naruto starts clibing down the tree swiftly ready to set off to sell her little home.
"Thanks Trist! you've been a big big help!"

ooc: i really have looked to sell my house.. but.. i don't know where it iis! this is a very big place.. ;-; i got lost! hee..

Trist jumps off of your hand and flies into the air as you begin to climb down the tree. Hovering next to you as you travel downwards, she grins happily at your thankyou. "That's ok miss! You should go to Aelyria Prime, the Aedile's office is in the Domicilium last time I was there, they'll help you to sell your house. I hope you do ok without a home though." Fluttering her wings in a fast motion, Trist begins to fly away from you, spinning back to face you she adds. "If you want you can always find me here in the woods! Bye Miss, good luck with your future!" Trist waves enthusiastically at you as she turns to travel back to her home.

OOC: Remember that your character has no skills until she gets official training for them

she sayd as she wanders back down towards Aelyria Prime

I jump out of the bushes and on to Narotu
" YO buddy! Have you forgotten I was following you or something. I'll get off you if you pormise not to run so fast next time." Lyssiah gets off Naruto, and stands back while Naruto shakes leaves and dirt off herself.

ooc- bunny! bunny bunny! hee, try not to do that.. other people'll get mad at you..

Naruto falls down to the grownd with some unknown force knocing her off her feet.. She hears muffled words, but no more, its all lost in the tummult of her fall, she gets up as the force seems to leave, and wipes off some leaves and dirt, spinning around to see what knocked her down.

"Lyss! ooh.. i forgot that you always chase me everywhere.. and.. ow.. knock me down" she says as she rubs a soar spot on her head

"not so hard next time, aight? and try to make sure there arn't so many rocks!"

"aight, not so hard next time" grumbles they always take fun away from me " So were are you going? You know, I was wandering, maybe we should find ourselves an adventure...What do you think?" Lyssiah looks at Naruto waiting for an answer. While waiting, Lyss listens to the birds up high.

Naruto shakes her head once more just to make sure all the leaves were out of her long blue hair.
"Well, sure! i'm off to Aelyria Prime to sell my crumy old house and get a tent, thanks to my friend Trist! it was all her idea, and she was a great help too!"
"An adventure sounds great! but i don't think we can do much with daggers, really.. how 'bout you head to Prime with me? we'll get some better stuff, and some training!" she looks off down the path towards the city "its not too too far from here, c'mon!" she says as she starts to run off at full speed through the forest.

"Yes training would be appropriate. You know, selling my house wouldn't be such a bad idea. I'm not quite sure right now though." As Naruto started runnung at full speed, Lyssiah runs full speed too to catch up to Naruto. " Wait!," she yells, " wait up! Why are you in such a hurry Naruto? Can't wait to sell your house?

" Lyssiah slows down, hoping Naruto will too. A list was going through Lyssiah's mind of what she'd like to do at the city, what weapons to buy, what things to get. She already knew she'll be a ranger. The nature balance was in her, sfter all, her horoscope sighn was balance.
