This is for Fidelis' To Dance with Drakes Quest. From the journal of Lord Trentholm Daviak Navias... there was a sketch, a map, and a topographical record.

An excerpt of a larger Aelyrian Map showing the aproximate location of Brokentooth Mountain and the Cave...

A very well done miniature painting of the mountain itself, which of course gives the viewer some idea of the quality of artwork concealed there.

And finally, a topographical map of a where the cavesight is located, and options from the main trail (off to the right) of where the party could approach from and camp.

Yah, I have a request. How about you actually do some work for once?

That's what I'd like to request.

Also - to actually be constructive - that topographical map would tell me nothing about anything to do with anything that I was doing.

That is a very nice topographical map which shows a good approach line as suggested, likely along the reentrant on the lower slope. I must admit that it's a bit odd to see the height markings on the index contour upside down, but I guess that is something of a national quirk. It makes them easier to read but the loss of information as to the directionality of the slope is too high a price to pay in my opinion.

Actually I take it back, by the time you've oriented the map, making the heights easy to read from the bottom becomes a pointless exercise.

Hey guys, just to let you know, I'm getting absolutely slammed crazily at work. This entails lots of things, but mainly no ones going to see much of me until probably Thursday Morning. I'm sorry some of my threads have been horribly delayed, but thats really life and can't be helped on my end.

I should be able to go back through and post to everything in the next few days because holidays for me are usually very peaceful. If you have something thats been waiting a long time, pm me about it. I might have overlooked it or it got lost in the last month of chaos.

Hey Guys-

I just wanted to let everyone know the Governor of Washington State here in the US just declared it a state of emergency. We've had torrential down pours for three days, which included high winds from a tail end of a typhoon that has my entire county under water. My own personal property is flooded. Most of us here in Lewis County are cut off from the outside world, and its going to take a while to clean up the mess. I'm home for the time being, and we have power and everyones alright. I can't say the same for our things, but we are all happy to finally see the clouds and wind clear away. There's blue sky outside now, and truthfully I've never been so glad to see it and a little bit of sunshine. However, the rivers are still cresting, so powers iffy, and cell coverage is no better (I run my internet off cell towers).

So... in essence, if I'm not here for a few days, thats why. Once we get out and about and Interstate 5 n-s from Seattle to Portland reopens, my industry is going to be in a huge mess, so its going to take days to play catch-up at work... if and when we can all start getting there.

So, patience. I'm sorry for the delays. I might get some posting done today if keep power and cell connections because there's nothing else to do until the water goes down and the rain stops. But the later half of the week is probably going to be cleanup heavy.
