As of Brightening 1st of the First Cycle of Cryxatum, Summer of Era II, Era XIV and Onwards
OOC:In hopes of reducing the risk of inadvertently overlooking various correspondence addressed specifically to Keldon during his stay. Also as a way for me to keep track of all outgoing correspondence , I’d like to request that all those letters be posted here so that they can be contained in one thread that I will check regularly. Please include an appropriate TS and if at all possible, include a link to the location where a reply would be best returned. Thanks.
First Brightening of the First Cycle in the Month of Cryxatum in the Season Summer; Era II of the Celestine Mandate, Era XIV Post Fractum. The Second Era of the Regency of Milo L'Evienne

To whom this may concern,
I write to the Provincial Military of Arium to express my observations of a specific representative assigned to the City of Paxia by the Provincial Military. Soldier Josephine Wis, although from my interaction with her bear the fiery spirit that reside in many of those who inhabit this province, she also feels strongly for the protection of Arium, Paxia and the people of this great land.
With that being said I would recommend her for promotion to a higher position and official assigned to the City of Paxia as a representative of the Provincial Military of Arium to my office, as with reconstruction efforts of the city going to begin this season the integration of the local, provincial and imperial military into the defense of the people is paramount.

Provost Imperatis Sheng Kaldres
Secrets :
Serale Imperatis Kaldres, to start I would like to congratulate you on your recent promotion and assignment to the southern empire. However this letter is far more pressing then mere congratulations. It regards someone you recently assigned to the 18th Imperial Legion.
I am wondering the reasoning behind pushing the chain of command and assigning someone to a host where the Imperatis currently holds no command authority to do so, prior to the arrival of Provost Stefan there was only one Provost in 18th Legion to command the some odd 4'891 troops currently in the city, an amount of is still under strength for the normal operations of only a single Provost.
Currently my duty is charged to me by the Minister of War, I am to report any and all information regarding Paxia to him and have been doing so. However the transfer orders from a commander of the southern empire who holds no authority in the western host’s strikes me as a surprise and before my next meeting with the Minister of War I am interested to know why you made such a move, as his current assignment is essentially not legal without the approval of an officer in the Western Host
Something else that raise’s concern for me is your orders to Provost Stefan are signed during your posting as Inspector Imperatis. Which if I recall you where tasked with the management of investigation into the events of the orcish attacks? This again leaves out the ability to transfer or re-assign imperial assets outside of the Southern Legions.
I do require your response as soon as possible, as I am scheduled to meet with the Minister of War on the status of the city and to address other concerns and I do not wish to bring up this issue if it is simply a mistake on someone’s part.

Secrets :
To Provost Imperatis Sheng Kaldres,
Senior Commander of the Southern Coast
This is to inform you Daekin Gye'ron Val Oriden has be transferred to the Board of Works in Paxia per my orders. The Daekin has stated that he had previously made arrangements for himself to be posted to your command and assigned a task to prove his service in the Imperial Army.
However at this time his service is required by the Ministry of War elsewhere. After his current assignment is complete a transfer back to the Southern Legions would be in order. Should you object or have any concerns regarding this re-assignment feel free to contact my office.
Regards,
Provost Keldon Elsdragon
Surveyor-General, Ministry of War
Tenth Brightening of the Second Cycle in the Month of Cryxatum in the Season Summer; Era II of the Celestine Mandate, Era XIV Post Fractum. The Second Era of the Regency of Milo L'Evienne
Secrets :
To Provost Imperatis Sheng Kaldres,
Senior Commander of the Southern Coast
Greetings Imperatis,
I am sorry if I placed the incorrect wording of the missive previously, however I shall correct things. The Ministry of War has given me the authority to select any bodies within the Imperial Army or Navy to serve under my staff as I see fit, regardless of there status or being within our armed forces.
With Daekin Oriden's combat experience, and his ability to work with myself are a key factor in this transfer. As such if you wish to have him under your command you will need to speak with the Minister of War to have him transferred out of my office, as such his posting to the Board of Works shall remain.
Any evaluation period or any such nature that you may have bestowed is no longer valid as he will be serving under the Board of Works for various purpose's. However I will gladly send you reports on the officer so you may know how is fairs.
I applogise for the inconvience however I will follow the orders of the Ministry of War and assure the city of Paxia and her fortifications are rebuilt to a capatacy to stop an army, with that I require Daekin Oriden's service's.
He has yet to report to my office as of this brightening so once he arrives for his posting I will inform him of your desire to have him remain in the southern legions.
In service of the Crown, the people, and the gods
Provost Keldon Elsdragon,
Surveyor-General, Ministry of War
Fourteenth Brightening of the Second Cycle in the Month of Cryxatum in the Season Summer; Era II of the Celestine Mandate, Era XIV Post Fractum. The Second Era of the Regency of Milo L'Evienne
Secrets :
To Provost Imperatis Sheng Kaldres,
Senior Commander of the Southern Coast
Serale,
There are perhaps doubt's in his capabilities from yourself, I currently have none and have no reason to do so. However perhaps I did not make myself clear Provost Imperatis.
Your concern for the Deakin's posting is duly noted and will be taken under advisement. However, as ordered by the Ministry of War I shall execute the duties of this office to the fullest of my abilities, which orders take priority over your own unless deemed otherwise by the Minister of War.
Other then the fact that you hold doubt into the mans capabilities which you issued a commission towards there is no reason for me to return him to the authority of the southern legions. His presence is required and ordered elsewhere.
Perhaps I should also remind you Imperatis Kaldres that he is being ordered to a new assignment by a superior officer with the will of the Ministry of War. Something that does not fall under insubordination since he is following his orders.
If your concerns are this great that his ability to act as a member of the Imperial Army then unfortunately you will need to give me reason to why you gave him commission in the first place if you have doubt in his ability, as such an action tells me that there is trust in him, and on that basis I have transferred him to Paxia for other use's. If you do not wish to do so then I would suggest you speak to the Minister of War.
As until reason to transfer him, or an order to do so from his Imperial Excellency reaches my office the orders stand and I expect Deakin Oriden to arrive to Paxia within the next cycle.
And as his immediate reporting officer for this period, he has to inform me of any changes or actions that he will be taking. If he had taken without informing, he may be guilty of insubordination. So please, advise him to act accordingly before he take any actions.

26th Brightening of the Third Cycle of the Month of Cryxatum in the season of Summer; Era II of the Celestine Mandate, Era XIV Post Fractum.
A Imperial Legionnaire bearing the colors of the 9th Imperial Legion, the Manjet arrived to the Provost's office and presented a letter, advising the Provost's staff it needed to be delivered immediately.
Quote:
To Provost Keldon Elsdragon
Surveyor-General, Aelyrian Imperial Legions
From Imperatis Cassandra Saddon
Commander of the 9th Legion
Serale Provost,
I come by this mean ask you to reassign a man from within your ranks to the Nineth Legion. This man, Tarfuss, is a Shield Daekin posted in the Board of Works. The request for his reposting came from Daekin Eyvind Avornmagor, who has been given a mission of high importance in the Theatre of War of the Southern Coasts. The need for able soldiers in this mission forces me to request this reposting, making Shield Daekin Tarfuss a member of the First Centuri of the Second Daos.
I’d also ask for such reposting to be made immediately due to the dire importance of the said mission.
Signed
Imperatis Cassandra Saddon
Commander of the 9th Legion
