Fliers had been put up all over town and the word had been spread by the new Prefect of Paxia and Commander of the Air Corps. Anybody to have seen a cether going by the name of Halfpint was to direct said individual to the Prefecture for an important meeting with the Prefect himself. Grishin had also been very careful to let it be known that Halfpint was definitely not in trouble with the law in any way and that he was a good fellow out to help Paxia.
Diana willing, Halfpint would find out that his presence was required and would head to the Prefecture where he would find Grishin going over some portion of the Articles of Imperium as he looked at a couple of old herald articles to do with the hunting and persecution of Orcs within Arium. From what he had discovered thus far he was of the opinion that not only was the Regent wrong about the meaning of the Articles, but he also didn't have the authority to make a ruling against them since they did not violate the Power of Lex, and in a very literal sense the AoI did say that ONLY the Emperor could make rulings that changed or went against the Articles.
