On the job (Adamnen)
Immanis in Spring of Era XIV
It was time. If Adamnen was to work at his shop he needed to know at least the very basics. It was time to teach the Katta how things work, well how herbs work in any event.
"So, Adamnen," the master herbalist began. "Are you familar with any herbs? Do you know of any rules of thumb when it comes to distinguishing between herbs and weeds?"
He needed to test the basis of Adamnen's knowledge on the topic before he could begin. There was, after all, no point in covering old ground once again. There was no way to tell how much anyone knew about herbalism, it was a very common skill, but at the same time it was one plagued by misinformation and outright lies. If Theying was going to trust this fellow to manage things here, the Katta needed to know the truth of the matter.
