[Location] Ire Aslan Spire- temple
Located just southeast of the Jorel spire, is another tall spire. This spire is named after an unexpected God “Aslan”. Aslan is usually considered a God of good alignment but he is also the God of righteous warfare and is worshipped by the orc races, because the orcs see themselves as the righteous fighting wars to free their homeland from the “filthy races”. Home to the Fauth Rog and the least known spire in the city, the Fauth Rog ensure that things stay that way. Just as the other main spires, anyone may visit the Aslan Spire Temple to pay tribute to the God Aslan but none are allowed to enter the honey-combed caverns that make up the remainder or the spire.
The Shon Zi are the caretakers of this spire as they do the other two. Once you pass through the main entrance, you stand within the Temple of Aslan. It is not as elaborate as the other temples and is basically a wide-open cavern. The walls however, are decorated with orkish cave art depicting battles and parts of the city’s history. A large stone altar sits atop a stone platform as in the other spires and the orkish symbol of Aslan is etched within the wall above the alter.
Many come to this temple to try getting an edge in combat against their opponents. Whether it be learning a combat lore or asking the Shon Zi to place an enchantment upon a weapon, accomplishing anything here is based upon the strength of your faith.
A tall robed figure stands before the altar. As you approach, the hooded face angles toward you and then he speaks in a voice that echoes within the walls of the cavern. “Da face of Aslan is upon you. Ju may come here ta pray to da Mighty One or perhaps give ju special enchanted weapon or armor ta carry out warfare in HIS name! What ju ask of Him?”
