[Location] Ire Armory
The Armory is one of those places in Orckon where only the members of the Horde may enter. Almost as an exclusive member’s club, the Armory is heavily guarded and has several of its own defenses to guard against assault should the outer walls of the city be breached. Located in the upper city, it is already more secure than many of the locations in the lower city simply because there is no free entry gate like the Main Gate that gives access to the armory’s location. From the lower city, you must go through the Main Gate, one of the “sub-wall” entrances which are guarded by the Pardahun, and then there is a 10ft high wall surrounding the armory structure itself. The only entrance in the upper city leading out of the city is the North Gate which is never open to the public. The wall enclosing the Armory itself has a large iron door. The heavy iron doors of the armory are guarded by two Pardahun Votar orcs on each side of the entrance. The armory structure is actually a cave built into what looks like a solid stone. The cave entrance (inside the wall enclosure) has a wood door that usually stays open except during an attack.
Only the occasional passer-by goes anywhere near this structure for some reason. Once in a while, a short, soot covered orc waddles over to the doors carrying arm loads of weapons and assorted armors. The large guards open the heavy doors just enough to allow the burdened orc in. The little orc is only inside a few moments, and then emerges and the doors are heaved closed behind them. It is common knowledge that this structure holds the armaments of the Horde and in a city where weapons are more valuable than gold, one understands why such care is taken to guard it. Anyone that is a Horde member must first be verified by the guards as Horde members even before they are allowed in to retrieve their weapons for raids, training, etc.
As you approach the Pardahun Guard, he waits for your horde rank. Even the hint of deceit can be cause for your head being removed by the Pardahun guards. Upon verifying your status, the doors are once again heaved open to allow you in.
“Make it quick!” the guard mutters as you pass through the doors.
Inside, you see that the cave leads deep into the rock down a long hallway. The only light are a few torches hung on the gray slimy walls. Several caverns or rooms have been dug into the hallway walls and as you pass each one, you see assorted weapons, armors, and even siege weapons and parts. Finally, you are confronted by another Pardahun Votar orc who stands like a stone in the middle of the hall before you. He looks at you and doesn’t speak at first.
“ Ju need weapon or gear?”

6th Brightening of Cryxatum, Summer of Era XIV (pf)
The Sapat entered the armory and approached the Pardahun Votar in the middle of the room. When asked what he needed, Orog replied, "Axe, spear." He needed to train in these basic weapons immediately and his first stop after being appointed his new status was the armory. So far in his life, the orc had never had access to such privileges. He had to scrape for whatever he had and hunt for whatever he ate. He never bought a thing in his life considering he had no crowns. Even still, the Sapat had no amount of monetary value. But now he had a status within the horde and he could finally obtain things he needed.
The weapons were in great supply. Ever orc was trained on these weapons and they were close at hand. After receiving the requested supplies, Orog grunted approval and thanks and headed out of the armory. He would start training soon and now had the supplies necessary to start his greater plan.

Brightening 1 Cycle 4 in the Month of Imperos, in the Season of Autumn, Era II of the Celestine Mandate, Era XIV Post Fractum
Upon enetering the armory the new lughorn ushtar walked down the narrow cavernous looking path. The path lead to a large gate and standing in front of the gate were two Pardahun Votar standing gaurd. When Ral approached the two gaurds and stated "Lughorn Ushtar." With that the gaurds opened the gate just enough to were Ral could squeeze through and then quickily slammed the gates behind him.
Ral continued down the corridor lite by only a few torches, until he came upon another Pardahun Votar standing in the middle of the hall like a statue. The Pardahun Votar stated, "Ju need weapons or gear?" Ral replied, "Me need lughorn ushtar weapons for trainin," and with that the gaurd walked off into a room. After a few moments the gaurd returned with a spear, axe and a shield. Ral grunted as a thanks, then made his way to the training field.

The 1st Cycle, Month of Imperos in the Season of Autumn,
Era II of the Celestine Mandate, Era XIV Post Fractum
The word was received by the Pardahun Votar from the government of the city to begin loading all armaments onto carts supplied by the Shatroful Onreinn. These armaments were to be used to supply the hordes out in the field. The bolg of the armory ensured that these orders were carried out but still keeping enough gear on hand to keep the garrison equipped. As the carts were pulled up to, loaded, then shipped off to the hordes that needed them, armory workers were heading over to the Forge to get new replacement items. Larger equipment like siege engines were also being shipped out (horse drawn) and those engines that were to be used by the garrison were checked and tested for any eventual use for the city's defense.

Before he arrived at Orkon, the young orc thought himself to be a great warrior. His cheiftan often held him in confidance when planning raid, due to his size and intellect. But here there were larger, and maybe smarter orcs all around. Thier rank and status earned them respect that young Grik yearned for. He would soon prove himself a quick learner, and strong fighter.
As he passed through the many fortifications, pausing once to get directions. After a slap to the head an elder orc pointed him towards the Pardahun Guard. With the eyes of the guards on him he stood as much as his frame would allow, and spoke 'Me grunt lughorn ushtar. Need weapon fer trainin.' To clarify that he had his own axe, 'Jus shield 'n spear.'
The stern orc moved off to shout for the grunts weapons. As soon as they were delivered, Grik took them up and headed towards the training yard. It was getting late so he was not sure if he would be joining a class this brightening.

The Pardahun was already intimidating with its size and black armor but to have it glaring at you was even worse.
"Lughorn nar need shield fer shati trainin' unless lat gonna do da shield-as-a-weapon after da shati."
The orc stood stoic as he questioned the smaller orc with his Halberd and kite shield in hand. The emblem of Ire upon the shield face gleaming down upon Grik.
"Well, speak ratta!"

'Me do need shield. Trainin' fer me after, be lughorn no more,' the young orc said. His rags made him feel naked next to the armoured guard. Grick wondered when he would get armour to intimidate the human nussience of Sheridine.
With one eye squinting he looked up at the Pardahun. He stared to see if he understood him. Grik wondered if the large orc was all brawn and no brains. How would he get a status in the Horde with out shield training. Ugh... some orcs.

"Right, go git wud ya need din" the Pardahun said waving Grik in.
Once inside, there would be another Pardahun that Grik would run into to accept his request and get him the spear and round shield that he needed for his training. As Grik would start to leave, the Pardahun at the front door that had questioned him before made a smart remark,
"Hey, ju bring dat back if ju leave da Horde. Don' make me hab ta come git it off yer dead corpse!"
Grik was now armed and ready for his training to begin.

Grik grabbed the shield and spear, he shook and banged them together before turning to leave. These were general weapons of the Horde, solid but this set did not have the ornaments that most orcs liked. Not too barbs, nor spikes that cause the little extra damage. If the young orc had a chance he would get some weapons that matches his personanality. Maybe with higher rank he could order some grunts to make them for him, that brought a smile to his face.
The olive skinned orc was moving to leave when he stopped as the guard spoke. He grunted with a smile on his face. That guard would not come to find him, now that Grik was Horde, he would be for life. And the orc would be long dead before Grik's corpse would be found, no puny human or elf would slay him on the battlefield. A wicked chuckle escaped as he shuffled away to recieve his training.

5th Cycle in Junicator, Autumn, Era II of the Celestine Mandate, Era XIV Post Fractum
After getting his pay it was now time to get down to buisness. Ral had to get to the armory and get his gear. He had imperials to kill and he still did'nt know all the details of what exactly was going on. Everyone was in such a rush that noone seemed to have the time to give him details about the current situation. But right now it was'nt important, all he needed to do now was get his gear and find out where he needed to go after that.
Ral entered the armory and walked down the dark and narrow corridor that led to the large gates that gaurded the entrance into the armory. "Make it quick," the gaurd said as Ral passed through the large iron gates, going deeper into the armory. as he went further in until he reached a lite area and was confronted by a Pardahun Votar who asked,"Ju need weapon or gear?" ral responded by saying,"Ral heard da Gothmogs orders an came here. Me need lughorn gear, an can ju tell Ral what exactly going on."

The Pardahun orc turned and walked into a room adjacent to where he was standing. When he reappeared, he handed Ral his gear.
"Lughorn, ju git leather armor, copper helmet, buckler shield, sapat (axe). Da Gothmog Kitot say we go ta war. Da shara done broke promise dey make again. Dis last time dey do dat an' not git punished. Now take gear an' go to da recruitment hovel. Der dey gib ju orders ta fight."
