A fairly simple shop stood on a street corner, drawing attention with a small sign that read
The Violet Parlor and Tattoo Emporium
The door had a small chime attached, set to go off if it opened. Should that happen, a small, sharp sound pierced the air. The interior of the shop had pale violet walls, with a darker shade to line the chairs and the small couch. A tiny desk stood near the front wall by the window, draped over with a purple tablecloth to make it blend in. It smelled of sweet incense, calming anyone who inhaled it. The tables were covered in various inks, both for tattooing and body painting. Some earrings and rings for other bodily locations were lined up behind display shelves, each of them more enticing then the last. A small sign reading 'Custom designs can be negotiated' sat tucked into the corner. In a bowl off to the side sat multiple packages of incense, each of a different color, smell, and use. Some had ‘calming’ on the tag, others ‘invigorating’ and countless others buried one on top of the other.
A small, tattered, violet book sat looking lost on the table. It was open to a page of prices, the list written in a beautiful flowing script:
Ear rings (in pairs):
...Studs: 50 crowns
...Dangling: 70 crowns
...Orbital: 60 crowns
......Adding gems raises the price

Finally someone replied to the chime; a small Elven female walked into the common room. Her silver hair hung long, almost hanging over her brilliant violet eyes. Her skin seemed to be dusted over with a coal-like powder, but, upon a better inspection, it seemed to be her natural coloring, most likely a mix of Wood Elf and Vysstichi Moriquendi blood. Her small form, barely four and a half feet in height, stood almost regally as she entered. A white blouse covered all of her torso except for her arms. It looked like she had sleeves on the blouse, but once she laid her arms on the small table it was obvious that her arms were actually covered in various tattoos! Her long pointed ears had three different rings on each, some dangling, long like a wind chime, others simple studs. She smiled a practiced, respectful smile and spoke in a little voice:
"Serale traveler, I am Khloeh (OOC: Pronounced: Cloe). What can I do for you? The symbol of your deity etched into your skin? Or perhaps some war paint to help you camouflage during a hunt? Mayhap you'll wish to have a new piercing, to catch the eye of a prospective lover?" She arched her eyebrow playfully at her last comment before she went on. "Whatever your fancy I'm sure I can help you, and most prices are negotiable..." She bowed just slightly, with a coy smile on her face, as she waited for an answer.
