Spring of Era XI, Age of the Darkening
If there was anything to be said about this particular purchase, it was a clean and simple one. The warehouse was of good size, perhaps an acre in size or so. It was rather badly located for a storage site, which led to its low prices. However Junzo did not intend for the place to be a storage site, hardly. His prime purpose for this place was to make it into an office and checkpoint for his faction, the Hoplites of Alleria.
Entering the building, there was really nothing much to be said. It was a wide, open space, rectangular in form, two stories high. There was a simple staircase leading up to the second floor, and a winch so that goods could be transported from the loading bay straight up to the second level. He'd simply have to reinforce the building a bit, put up a fence or small wall around the area, and put in partitions to make this place into rooms. He looked around the ground floor and wondered what else he could do with this space. But that was a plan for another time.
