A wooden, one story building sits in the middle of the town, a short distance off the main road. Two carriages sit to its side without horses to draw them. The front of the building has two windows and a set of double doors, all made of fresh, colorless wood. The planks under the awning are obviously new as there are no creaks when pressure is upon them. Hanging from the awning by two thin, short ropes is a sign that reads:

Upon entering the building, a long counter stretches the entire way across the single large room with a break in the counter next to each wall. One sign, to your left, reads Mail Service and on the right an identical sign reads Escort System. There is an attendant at each one busy doing paperwork from the looks of it.

In the middle of the room, hanging above the counter by two ropes tied to the wooden beams supporting the ceiling, a large sign has the following on it:
