[Bosquet] Tower of the South
In the Southern corner of the Bosquet de Druids was the Tower of the South. This mighty tower was only one of four. All four towers were built identical to one another, before the Masters of each shaped and changed the appearance. The tower loomed over the gates. Each tower was an unbelievable and impressive height. Some estimated they were around 300 feet in height. They were also large, with a gigantic base and slowly growing a smaller circumference as they rose up, high into the sky. The top was not domed, but instead, was flat. The roof was covered in blue stone. On each tower, there were three large pillars rising up from the roof, approximately 15 feet. Each of these, when standing in the precise center of the roof, were lined up directly with the corresponding towers in other directions. The purpose was still only known to the Masters of each Tower, but it was surely something guarded closely for a good reason.
The Tower of the South seemed to glow. The bricks were all a perfect white, and should have reflected the sun with blinding brilliance. But they did not. A white, godly aura seemed to encompass it on the outside. All who approached, or even looked upon it, seemed to feel better about them, and their spirits rose. Sometimes, just looking at it caused someone to smile and appreciate the beauty and magnificence of it all. Rumor had it however, that beings of evil intentions could not look upon the tower without being blinded and feeling as if their very soul was being ripped apart.
The road to this Tower was a beautiful cobblestone path, made from raw quartz and carved perfectly by some of the finest craftsman in Mystique. The large, double doors were a light shade of brown wood, trimmed with white. The door had a beautiful picture carved into it of Ioannes, Diana and Aslan.
This tower, like all others, housed nearly all the younger and low level mages who devoted their time to Thaumaturgy. The doors were unlocked, and any who sought entrance were more than welcome, should their reasons be just.
Inside there was a man sitting at a large desk, writing away, occasionally moving to flip through a book. Looking up he grins. "Can I help you there? Come on, come closer!"

Annalina could not help but stare with wide eyes at her surroundings. Ever since she'd entered Mystique, the city had offered her one miracle after another, as though she were undergoing a constant enlightenment. Certainly Carmelya wanted it this way.
And so it came to her as a minor disappointment when she saw that the Goddess wasn't represented at this Tower, the one she had felt bidden to enter, the place she was told she would begin her path to a closer understanding of Life itself. But the disappointment was but slight; her Goddess couldn't be depicted on every single structure in the entire city after all!
Taking a deep breath, she quietly squeezed through the doors. Seeing that the man was obviously rapt in his attention to his books, she approached respectfully, but stopped some paces away and said nothing. Patience was a virtue, after all, and it was better to be seen than heard. She clasped her hands together to stand and wait, contemplating the interior of the building.
Thus she had to stop herself from leaping into the air when he addressed her. The man's affable grin was the only thing that kept her from bolting entirely, and she did indeed instead come a few steps closer, though still trying to keep a respectful distance.
"Um, uh.. s-sorry, s-sir, to i-interupt..." she said, her voice light and airy, "b-but I was told to come here. Y-you see, I am here to s-serve, may it please the Gods, s-sir."
Oh dear, this just wasn't going as peachy as she hoped. The man no doubt thought she was a damn fool, stammering and stuttering like that! She bit her lip anxiously and focused her gaze on the floor as she waited, hoping she hadn't screwed this up entirely in one moment of idiocy.

The man could tell that for some reason or another, the girl who entered was a little nervous. Well, nerves or not, her voice was wavering and unsteady and it seemed as if his voice startled her, even. He rubbed his eyes and squinted harder and consciously softened his voice, "I do apologize for my eyes- studying and reading so much has strange effects on my sight. Well, miss, I certainly hope I can help you in your quest. What is your name and what exactly is it that you seek here, dear?" He tried to sound as amiable and approachable as possible for fear that he may have scared her into not speaking at her own will.
