Just a few quick notes to add to my co-Gm's already awesome thread:

- Jaedaxia is an extremely active city. Despite this, we stress that each moderator only take as many threads as they are comfortable with. Thus, our staff is filled with what we call 'specialists'. Crimson and myself are very pro-active in ensuring that our AGMs have the best possible experience in our city.

- Jaedaxia is a great training city for players that want to dip their toes in the moderation pool, as well as experienced moderators. There is something for everyone.

It really is a good place to work the PCs are great, the GMs are really careful about making sure you're not overworked, and it's just a lot of fun to step into such an active and detailed environment like Jae. My only complaint is that they didn't let me kill a NPC... LOL j/k j/k <3
