Looking for another someone who'd want to join the team at Arconis! It's a great little city with lots of arts, culture, and a history of being blown to smithereens. Just fill out the questions below and send them my way.

It's different because I rather like those extra questions - I think they give me a feel for whether the candidate would be happy in this particular environment, and gives the candidate also a chance to take a look at the city and see whether they like it's feel.

Many of these kinds of decisions, now that the app is so short, are based as much on what is previously known about the candidate as on the app itself. I personally would rather make my decisions on the app, since it means I don't have to know or have interacted with the person beforehand to get a sense for what they like and who they are.

Holy crap, have you even READ a Lyr post? Lyr is like the best character in all of Aelyria! I mean, other characters are motivated by power, or a desire to level up, no matter how well camouflaged, but Lyr is a true 'character' in the best sense of the word. I would pay good money to be moderated by Mimesis... to work with her would be an honor and a priviledge.

Why is this application even here? Why hasn't anyone simply joined up already out of the spirit to work with the best moderator in the place? Go read her old Carmelyn Province posts from 2005-- they are the best!
