Within the clean, open shop stood all manner of foods, cookware, and cleaning supplies. Not the most adventurous of goods, but never the less something that needed to be sold within the city's Mercantile District.

The inside of the shop was a relatively small chamber when compared to many of the other places in the district that people frequented, and fortunately it was also a much quieter place. Racks of stood near the walls holding pots, pans, and various dinner wares. Along a shelf near the door were several steins, and tankards which were a favorite among tavern goers and collectors both, near them but tucked safely near the corner of the room were several wine glasses of various shapes and sizes.

And lastly in the center of the room was a small table with several bedding supplies that were here to be sold as a favor to one of the other local shops.

A tall Esh’lahieri elf and a small boy of mixed elvan heritage entered the Emporium, and spent a few long moments inspecting the displayed wares. The man, dressed in a genteel manner, kept the boy close by his side lest he be tempted to touch things and break something. The child, under orders, kept his hands tucked into the brow, tooled leather belt that bound his green velvet tunic. A tracery a silver embroidery in the shape of trailing vine leaves shone here and there on the tunic as the boy shifted back and forth, obviously somewhat bored.

The gentleelf straightened his silk cravat in an unconscious gesture and leant on his ebony, silver-toed cane while he regarded the wares, violet gaze keen. Finally, apparently satisfied, the man approached the store clerk, child in tow.

”Serale. I am looking for someone able to supply a large order of fine crockery and tableware, as well as certain cooking implements, and I am wondering what arrangements could be made for purchasing in bulk?” He enquired politely, his accent cultured and precise.

Motito entered and sighed, knowing this was going to be a hell of a list. He'd already placed the order for the dresses and reclaimed his deed...now it was time for a few final additions to bring the house back to livable order.

He glanced at the list and took a deep breath. As he began to speak to the attendant, their eyes grew wide and they moved to the counter, scribbling a huge list. In the end, it turned out something like the following:

"Get all that ready within the next candlemark and deliver it with me, and there'll be a bonus in it for you...I'll make it an even six hundred." Eyes bulged at the sound of such a large tip, and the attendant nodded, scurrying about as fast as mortally possible.

By the time the candlemark was up, the items were on a wagon and indeed ready to go. As they rode away, he had thems top by the Silk Leaf on the way back to pick up the dresses.
