Descriptions
Quan is your typical dark elf I suppose. Nothing would really point him out in a crowd of dark elves, the same for Celestra. Nashkel, however I hear tell is a giant. Being a giant it’s kind of hard to miss him. I heard that Nashkel was a fighter and in fact, won a fight with someone else just before he helped tackle the Cyraxian.

Location
City of Daltina in the Enamorian Provence

Problem or Odds Faced
A Cyraxian somehow appeared in Daltina and began causing havoc. The local military and some want-to-be heroes tried to stop it. The Cyraxian had raised itself from the ground after it had been slammed into the cobbles by a team effort from a mighty giant and a brave Esh'lahier. The master ranger, known to many as Hemlock and his associate, the Esh'lahier Quan, had closed in on the beast before it reared its mighty head again.

Deed
This is an actual quote from Nashkel (the giant), which was overheard at a celebration after the deed was done: “Well, today, after my wrestling match with Tyreal, which I won, I came down the street to hear screams. I ran toward the sounds, hoping I could be of help to someone who might need it. As I turned the corner I saw what had unfolded. A Cyraxian demon, which had slaughtered many people, was standing over a dead guard. I saw a particular Vysstichi, who I found later to be the cursed Serion, pull a crossbow and the darn fool shot Hemlock. He fell unconscious. The Cyraxian cast a plague of bugs, which ravaged the man's poor body. Then the Cyraxian focused on me, for I was the largest, therefore the prime target. I pulled out my spear and rushed it. It knocked me down, and scraped me up a bit. Nothing too bad. I got up, and launched my spear into the air, and it landed in its arm. A Esh'lahier (Quan) had climbed its back, attempting to stab it on the neck, when he ran full speed at me, and the brave Esh'lahier recieved a puncture wound on his ankle. Then another brave Esh'lahier (Celestra) let loose an arrow or so, wounding it further. It made one last charge at me, where I buried my second spear into it.”

Afterwards
Quan, Celestra, and Nashkel were honored with a celebration in Daltina and they were all awarded medals for their heroics. The raising of a monument to commemorate the heroes and those that died in the initial attempts to stop the beast was promised. Quan'Thalos Silverbane was the second ranger of the Daltinan Ranger hall. Shortly herafter Master Ranger Hemlock died, Silverbane was made Master Ranger. When he left the Ranger hall, it quickly fell into disuse.

Honorable Mentions
Not directly connected to any of the nominees, White Wolf was killed in the skirmish with the beast while trying to rescue a friend.
