Cedrick Soulbare was Aedile of Arakmat, nearly the same time.

Doksh Ihmotep, Sultan of Arakmat (arrested Era IX)

well... I'm not really sure whether to count him. He sort of was, for about an era I think, but he never actually entered through the city gates. So if he doesn't fit... skip.

Wessex currently holds only his feudal titles, which really don't hold much sway in provincial politics as such.

In the time of the Second Empire, however, Wessex was the Duke of Arium prior to Alyssa's Civitate and the provincialization of the feudal territories. You might say he was the first Governor as such, since he founded the territory following the fall of Chesley.

Imperial Consul and Viceroy of the Crown have been the only titles Wessex has been particularly graspy of over the years, and those are essentially ceremonial since they date to Maiestas granted in the reign of Constantine.

Also, I can answer your question about Qheonor. He was the Lord Protector of Arconis immediately before Iseril. Although he never showed up for the job, he should be included, as he was the Lord Protector. I don't know how long it was, but if Iseril's rule started in Era 7, Qheonor's would be in 6 or 7.

Oh, and for a while, Daltina controlled Arconis, so I don't know what that means.
