The portion of the building devoted to Jaedaxia reflected its city rather well. Beauty and fine art could be found everywhere, from the fine rugs and beautiful tapestries that covered the walls and floor to the furniture and even the informational posters. There was nothing in this place that looked less than stunning, including the two people staffing it.

Both were young, friendly and incredibly attractive, and one might have been excused for thinking that they had been chosen for their looks alone.

One would, however, be mistaken in that assumption. Both the young man and the young woman were chosen for their personality, their intelligence, and above all their intimate knowledge of nearly every aspect of their beloved home city.

Both young ideals of beauty sat at a large desk near the back of the room, under a large and beautiful banner bearing a painted picture of the city, and the legend Jaedaxia, Gift of the Empire in large letters. There were various posters around the room, advertising the many and varied opportunities Jaedaxia had to offer in terms of education, recreation and employment. Posters advertising midnight ghost tours battled for space with class listings at the Socrates de Ambergois Institute. Breathtaking pictures of the Libertas Bay and the Ice Gardens were everywhere.

To the side of the room was a large, ornate sign...allowing vistors to sample some of the things Jaedaxia had to offer them.

Upon noticing any guest, one or the other of the clerks would smile widely and address anyone entering the room. "Good brightening to you!" they would say in Charismean, though with a noticeable Jaedaxienne accent. "Are zere any questions we can answer for you about our beautiful city?"
