The leaves of this tree make a good medicine against inflamations and internal bleeding. The tree itself is found in temperate climates growing on sandy soil where there is much sunlight.

Preparation: Gather 12 leaves and mash them into a pulp. If treating against internal bleeding water must be added, the mixture boiled (do NOT use any metal containing copper), and any solids filtered out.

Dosage: The pulp is used together with a bandage to treat inflamations, and covers an area the size of a human palm. 1 dl of liquid slows down moderate internal bleedings, and should make the character recover without lasting injuries.
