The Herbarium of the Gardens of Aelyria is the most renowned collection of plants and roots, and where their study, Herbalism, produces potent magical and effective medicinal uses. Through potions and pills, powders and reagents, alchemists scour the world in search of exotic flowers and mysterious weeds to create salves and elixirs that change the laws of nature and impact life throughout Aelyria. The collection and catalogue of herbs is left to the oversight of the court Physician, who entrusts guilds of alchemists and herbalists with the safeguarding of this ancient and time-honored wisdom.
