	Aelyria Prime: Let it be known that the following individuals are being sought for crimes against the public and against the Church of the Faith including murder and mass murder, crimes against the State, rebellion against the Crown, conspiracy and High Treason. Where applicable, all rank, status, citizenship and title has been hereby stripped, all rights and protections under the law summarily removed. Bounties are offered by the Central Government for the apprehension of these individuals, and shall be payable upon the delivery of irrefutable evidence in the form of the criminal himself, alive or dead…corpse or head, to the Ministry of Justice in Aelyria Prime. Tarfuss, former ranking Legionnaire wanted for conspiracy against the public safety and order, conspiracy against the State, insurrection, complicit in the unprovoked murder of over 4,500 Legionnaires assigned to the 10th Royal Legion, rebellion against the Throne, and High Treason 750,000 crowns alive / 400,000 crowns dead / 250,000 crowns for information leading to capture Vylle Fyrrialt wanted for conspiracy against the public safety and order, conspiracy against the State, insurrection, rebellion against the Throne, and High Treason 750,000 crowns alive / 400,000 crowns dead / 250,000 crowns for information leading to capture Fidelis Meridius wanted for the mass murder of Paladins of the Church of the Faith, conspiracy against the public safety and order, conspiracy against the Church of the Faith, conspiracy against the State, rebellion against the Throne, Aeternian worship and High Treason 750,000 crowns alive / 400,000 crowns dead / 250,000 crowns for information leading to capture Dimitri Wladisyaw wanted for the kidnapping and enslavement of citizens of the Realm, the murder of Legionnaires in service to the Crown, conspiracy against the public safety and order, conspiracy against the State, and High Treason 750,000 alive / 400,000 dead / 250,000 crowns for information leading to capture Furthermore, any individuals, groups, businesses, manufactories or organizations found to be in association with, aiding, abetting, engaging in trade or commerce with, as of ten brightenings following this publication, or granting publication to these individuals as of this printing shall be found guilty of Treason in accordance with Article 85 of the Articles of Imperium, and all Land, Titles, Possessions, and Citizenship shall be stripped from them and a trial set forth upon their capture.

It depends I guess which one of a variety of definitions one chooses to use. Same now as it ever was, articles old or new.

Ah ah ah. I didn't kill those legionnaires. I wasn't even there. (It doesn't help that no one told me there was a post that my troops were involved in - and that I would be held responsible for.) The rest though - depends on your point of view.

Commanding Officers are always held accountable for the actions of their troops present or not. *winks* although you could always show up to Prime and explain your case to the Prince. Would be a pretty good thread! *Grins*

Pretty good, as in Milo doesn't have to pay the bounty because Tarfuss walked right up to him to be captured :P

No - If I turn myself in I should get the bounty - for one last hurrah before my head comes off.

And of course a CO is responsible for the actions of those under them - but for the record it sucks as a player to be responsible for a thread that you SHOULD have been told about because IC your pc WOULD have known about it - but some how no one ever bothered. Things would have turned out very differently if Tarf had been present.

I think being held responsible for the murder of the 10th legion is the least of the worries right now, if you murder all of Keldon's legionnaires in that one thread well... its way more than 4.5k lol.

Can't scold Eyvind, technically he wasn't responsible for the death of the 10th. Fauxvind was, and right now he's a raving lunatic thanks to Duncan and our friend Abigor.

Now now. I'm not the murdering type. And if those forces do get attacked - it will be as a matter of war and not because they were disarmed and slaughtered.
