7th Brightening of the First Cycle of the Month of Kalendryas in the season of Winter; Era I of the Celestine Mandate, Era XV Post Fractum.

The word in the streets is that of war! It was with great surprise that at dawn of the 5th Brightening of Kalendryas a group of five fishing boats arrived in Taralon coming from Peda. After some incidents before arriving the shore, in which some lives were almost lost, if not by the intervention of the brave Legionnaires of the Imperial Legions combined with the sharp eyes of the Marines of the Imperial Navy, the people aboard safely rested on the sandy beach near the docks of the Capital of Gadgeteering.

After questioning the citizens the Imperial soldiers discovered they were survivors from an Orcish attack on the coastal town of Peda. The settlement had been brutally attacked and the survivors didn't know what may have happened to the ones left behind. This news immediatly actioned a response by the Imperial Army.

The young Cencoris Eyvind Redbeard Björnsson Avornmagor spoke to the Herald after a short and strong speech in which he called for the people and soldiers to prepare for the Horde wouldn't be let in peace after such traitorous attack. The words of "Blood and Death" echoed in the heads of all those who listened the speech.

"This attack can't be left unanswered. The combined forces of the Imperial Legions, the Imperial Navy and the Provincial Army of Sheria will march out of Taralon and meet the enemy in the field to avoid seeing more death befalling the Sherian. We will not rest until they have paid for their foul acts. The Hammer of the Empire will fall upon its Anvil and the Orcs will be crushed in the middle."

Were his words to our reporter. The next Brightening the Manjet and the Silvered Blades Legions left Taralon heading directly to Peda. Rumors say that the First Regiment of the Sherian Serpents under the command of Aegis Labyrinthine will join them on their march.
