I've made a travel distance chart.
Hello!
I've made a chart that shows the distances from every city listed in the empire page to all the other cities. I did this by printing a large copy of the map of Aeylria, measuring with a ruler, and converting the millimeters into miles (well, I haven't done that yet, but it will be easy since I have it in excel).
There are two cities on the list that I can't find on the map: Candaceburg and Ethgan'tor. If someone can point me in that direction, I will be done with it. Otherwise I might post the chart as-is.

Thank you! I'm not surprised I didn't know Garenburg was now Candiceburg, but I don't know why I missed Ethgan'tor. I mean, yes, it is wayyyy over at the edge of the map, but I did stare at the map for hours.

OK, here is my chart. What I did is this:
I printed the map of Aelyria in large size, and made a dot in each city where I figured they actually were (I assume the icons are generally larger than the actual city). I then measured the distance between all the different cities with a ruler. The distances are as the crow flies, but my crow declined to fly over water. That is, for places like Jaedaxia that are out on a winding peninsula, I used a piece of string to follow the land. However, I did not try to figure out where mountain passes were, you're on your own there.
I then used the distance chart in the Imperia information sticky to determine a millimeter to mile converstion factor.
Anyway, here it is.

It was an exciting time to be alive, let me assure you of that.
Oh yeah, one other thing- I didn't include ferry rides as counting as distance. That is why the distance to all the islands in Eunesia are the same. The travel distance gets you to Jeims, then you take have to allot time for sailing.

I love this. I think it deserves to be stickied somewhere prominent, perhaps in the Question and Answer forum or even in the geography section. You might even figure out a way to wiki a link to this for people trying to look up travel distances and having a hard time.
