Near the city wall is a wide clearing with a large building made of river stone and roofed with red tile. As one comes closer to the building, it becomes apparent that there are bundles of hay with targets on them outside the building, close to the wall as if the place tends to do more than just sell bows; indeed - everything made was often given a test run. Above the door is a sign that reads Three Oaks Archery Shop
formerly Flaming Fletchery and Archery Shop.
Upon entering through the open door, a large open room is presented and furnished in a somewhat haphazard fashion, as if tidiness was for other people. The walls were stocked with various types of bows and crossbows of all sizes and strengths. Quivers and arrows are in bins and shelves arranged around the room. An elderly man wearing a leather apron sits stringing a long bow. After a brief wait, a younger, middle aged male with a strong family resemblance approaches you from across the room. "Welcome. If you need any help, just call and I will come assist you. Feel free to browse."
Plastered to the wall, and in large print on a wooden board was the following:
