A lot had happened to Frigid River in recent times. A massive reorganizing of the city's guts had moved the bazaar to a new location, and in the move, the bazaar that had become notorious for selling just about anything under the sun had now become much more organized as well. Each booth had been relocated to certain sectors, divded by color, and the entire mass lay just outside the city proper.
Large colored banners waved over the tops of the stalls, guiding visitors to the various sectors. At the various entrances to the sectors, large wooden signs identified the sector and its color.
This one was the Brown Sector, dealing with livery and leather.
Booths lined each side of the narrow pathway, filled with saddles of all shapes and sizes, bridles, halters, saddlebags, and tack for just about every size and type of horse -- and even a few rather unorthodox mounts too, like dogs, large lizards, and the like. Faerie folk deserved mounts too, right? The salesmen often kept their own horses on display, dressed in their finest craftsmanship -- hand-tooled leather saddles bearing family crests were evident, as well as dyed and beaded leather strands intended to decorate them further.
Yet more booths held leather products for every race, leather bracers, boots, armour (studded and non), even a certain selection of leather clothing could be found here. Hand-crafted and stitched by some of the finest seamstresses in the Empire, some even had beads sewn onto them in exquisite shapes and patterns for a curious eye to behold.
