Oh what a day it was when an aide knocked on Pirvans door and announced that a letter had come, not addressed to him but care of him. Looking up from the papers at his desk Pirvan raised and eyebrow and waved the aide forward. "Who is it addressed to?"

"The High Queen of the Fae, Her Majesty Sharinya." The aide answered simply.

"The Queen of the Fae is in Frigid River?" Gettign up and reaching forward he twinkled his fingers calling for the letter. The aide quickly handed it to him. Looking at Pirvan saw that it was still sealed. It wasn't his so he wouldn't open it, but he did want to deliver it, that was for sure.

"Thank you." He said to the aide and asked him to close the door ont he way out. Placing the letter on his desk, he sat back down and looked at it. She's in Frigid River? Rubbing his chin he grabbed the letter and exited the office heading to one of the people he speculated would know more about this.
