Carly had recieved the letter informing her of winning the job, now she had to do the job and was still rather ignorant of what she would exactly be doing. The best place to find out would be on the job she had thought, so she had dressed in her red swashbuckling clothes and headed down to the Bureau to see what could be done.

Again she strolled up the long hall, barely giving a glance to the sides, to stand before the clerk at the desk and smile. "Hello, I'm here to start advising."

The secratary smiled and nodded her head. She pulled looked at a paper. "You would be Carly Jr'ana the Ikos councilor." She stood up and motioned for follow. "His Imperial Excellency has instructed me to show you to your study first, and then take you to him after getting all of that organized." She walked towards the back were the stairs were. She paused for a moment. "I know this sounds odd, but would you prefer an office with a window?" She said pausing at the stairs. "Some prefer the basement while others prefer the second floor."

Carly kept looking around the hall and inspecting things, her eyes always returning to the secretary as she spoke. She smiled at her when she had a responce to her question "Oh, I think I'd prefer something without a window. I get enough of a view of the city from where I live." Crossing the space to the stairs she gave one last look to the entrance hall of her new and first ever official job.

From there Carly would follow the secretary to her study, place of work, hidey hole from the world, and convinient place to cast sigils.

The office was not spacious, not as large as the Imperial Magus, but room enough That one wall had a number of empty glass front locking shelves for storage. A desk and chair was already located in the room, as was some basic supplies, not so much arcane as administrative in nature. The room could also allow for a possible study or meeting area away from the desk itself if so desired, but that would need to be furnished by the newest occupant.

"The Bureau can retrive supplies as is needed, just present myself or the Imperial Magus with a list. Its simple, but each magus has a different style and fashion they care to live in." She looked back at Carly. "Would you like some times to figure out what you will need or visit with his Imperial Excellency now?"

Carly followed the clerk to her office, poking her head inside before actually entering to ensure she would not be overly shocked by what she found. She found the room pleasant enough, some shelves for books and other items of usefulness. Items that she had no clue about, perhaps a place to store letters? Other then that the room was rather bare, what one person might call 'administrative supplies' Carly called 'arcane supplies'. Though she had plenty of both either way.

Carly looked back to the clerk, then around at the office, she really couldn't think of anything more that she would require other then perhaps a second chair for anyone who happened to drop in. "I'll meet with his Imperial Excellency now, but I think I will require a second chair for the room if you could arrange it."

"Oh course." then she waved. "Please follow me."

Atl was looking through his book shelf when she was shown in. He turned and motioned for her to sit after greeting her. "Serale, and how are you this brightening?"

Carly strolled into the Imperial Magus's office for the second time in so many weeks, casting an eye about for any obvious changes before taking her sit before Atl's desk. Folding her hands in her lap she gave a happy grin and engaged in the perfunctuary pleasantries.

Vedui your excellency, I am quite excited to begin my work advising you on all matters Ikos, as well as beginning a correspondence with the various Ikos masters in the Empire.

Atl nodded his head. "I would appreciate it if you could contact the Ikos masters. The records of master mages isn't very well developed." He smiled. "Please tell me so of your other goals as well."
